Rude customer service. Was here for veterans parade and wouldn't allow use of bathroom in entire building even though the building was essentially vacant. A kind tenant gave the lock code to the bathroom which is "1294" in case anyone wants to take a crap in their sink.

Shame on Regency Centers for ousting small business owners from their Encina Grande shopping center in Walnut Creek, CA by agreeing to allow bullying lease clauses by Whole Foods. Not only did they harm the small businesses located in their shopping center but also local businesses that have PO boxes and do business at the local UPS store. This costs those businesses money to move as well.

My family has been doing business with both Jade Garden and the UPS store since they opened and value their contributions to our neighborhood. Regency Centers also sent out conflicting stories regarding how this came about. They weren't even truthful until the tenant being forced out provided the letter by Regency Centers as to the reason.

If you want to rent from a landlord who gives zero consideration for a long term, trusted tenant, these are your guys! This company rented to Jade Garden for 31 years and had no problem turning their backs and taking this family's livelihood away from them (won't renew their lease) all because Whole Foods wanted to restrict the number of restaurants in their mall Then they said they did this in consideration of the community's needs! Well, the community has spoken and we want Jade Garden and all the existing mom and pop restaurants to remain I will no longer shop at Whole Foods!

Shame on YOU. You are forcing Jade Garden a local business out of their lease, they have been there for 31 years. You are letting Whole Foods take over the entire shopping center. We don't want Jade Gardens to leave, we don't want Evie's to leave, our kids still go to Taco Bell, don't take that away. DON'T FORCE THE SMALL BUSINESSES OUT OF THEIR LEASE FOR A BIG COMPANY LIKE WHOLE FOODS. Please reconsider this agreement. Our community is not happy.
