This company stole my security deposit. They said because I checked out late and they had to take the garbage out they can never rent to us again. They had a different story when I called 9 months ago. They will steal from you. We left and the property was the exact same as when we got it. When I called today to reserve, I told them I'd accept paying a security deposit if I could record the house as we were leaving or someone could stop at the house to verify it was clean. They said absolutely not. That should tell you exactly what they are trying to do.

I booked a house online saturday. I was called the next day and was told it would be a 3600 security deposit. Their website says it's a 500 security deposit. We were told it's because we are a sports team. We have never in our wildest dreams heard of anything like this. They then wanted everyones full name of who was staying in the property. We also have no idea why they'd want that.

This company seems extremely unprofessional. No idea what you're talking about below. I am with Alyssa Schreiner but we have no idea what you're talking about. You seem to have some issues as a company as we've read more reviews. We won't be renting from you but now you're accusing us of being associated with another party we aren't associated with.

We booked a last minute trip for our 25th wedding anniversary only 2 days before check in. When we initially arrived at about 1 am, we're disappointed in the unit. The next morning my wife contacted the office regarding the condition. Within 2 hours, we were relocated to a beautiful location, beachfront of course, which was several tiers above what we booked and no extra charges.

This organization and the staff were incredibly attentive to our every need. I could go on and on but let's just say we will ALWAYS book through Grand Strand Vacations whenever possible. If I could give 10 stars I would!

We have reserved through them for over 10 years and have always had a great experience! They have convenient linen rental and their cleaning staff does a great job! They will accommodate early or late check in/out. I have found that their prices are the best value as well! Highly recommend

This May was the 6th year for using grand strand vacations. Ive stayed in 3 different units at the Sea Cabins, and every year has been excellent. I have never had an issue that wasn't resolved in a timely manner. The staff has always been friendly and efficient. Looking forward to next year and another awesome vacation in cherry grove.

Stayed at the oceans 1015 june5-12. Facility was nice well kept up and clean but the room was not good. needs updating badly. Toilets ran all the time living room furniture smelled like it came from goodwill and smelled of sweat. Do not recommend renting this one no wonder it was available that week.

Hello: We just spent a week from September 17-24 at your listing at 3108 N Ocean blvd, Myrtle Beach, SC. I would like to share with you our bad experience at the above property and demand that you take proper actions to correct it. 1- Dishwasher was not installed at the rental but was listed as available. 2- Outdoor grill was broken not usable. 3- All door locks were rusty, extremely hard to open.

We asked maintenance to apply w4d but still hard to open. 4- Weak battery caused Smoke detectors chirping. All should be replaced every 6 months. We requested new battery for kitchen on the first day. The third day detector in small bedroom beeping caused us to call maintenance but could not reach anyone until later. I had to drive to the office to pickup fresh battery. 5- The place is infested with cockroaches.

They crawled on my face when I slept. They were all over our clothes in closet. We had to deinfected our belongings when we get home. There were evidence someone knows about it but did not take proper action. We saw cockroach spray under sink

Exceptionally good people. Good customer service, easy to deal with, clean units, and fair prices. We have stayed with them for years and see no need to use any other vacation rental agency. Give them a call.

Family stayed at The Double R in Cherry Grove-great space and location! This house sits right on the channel and we loved the sundeck and two living room areas. Great for all of us to spread out. Short walk to the beach and close to lots of fun spots. House had all we needed to comfortably stay for the week. Staff at the rental office were fantastic and will defiantly be back!

I typically do not like to make reviews like this online but this is needed. We rented the house Respite from Grand Strand Vacations for my family for Thanksgiving. Great location! The house is old and in much need of updates and a good cleaning. There was actual feces on one of the bed covers that I am pretty sure have never been washed. While there, I was bitten with what my doctor believes was bed bugs.

I called to alert Grand Strand. Was put on hold while they tried to "find" the owner (the rental office is not that big!). She apparently left the building but I was told she would call me back. I called back later that day and she was still not in and I was told someone would call me back. It is two weeks later and no call. I was told by another employee that the cleaning people went and checked and there were no bed bugs. I would think a courtesy call would have been respectful. I would not use them again, nor one of their properties.

Decent rental agency for the area. Condo was clean quiet and comfy. Kinda pricey but not bad for location. Right down the beach from where the fireworks were set off. Customer service is top notch if you have and issues or questions prior to and during your trip. Would rent from them again.
