Our tenants are usually long term tenants because they have come to appreciate the honest service we provide them. Esquire collects a $35/applicant processing fee for each prospective occupant over the age of 18. 1. Preview Our Ventura County Home Rental listings online or obtain a rental list from our office. Select the properties which meet your home rental needs and drive by the properties so you can determine if you like both the properties and their locations.
We do not permit water filled furniture on the second floor of the structures built before 1978. For any other water filled furniture or fish tanks the residents must carry rental insurance. If pets are allowed, a pet deposit ($500 minimum/pet) may be charged and the tenants may be required to carry rental insurance.

Esquire is by far the best property management team I have ever worked with, and it's not even close. They go well above and beyond your typical property management company. For example, my tenant all of a sudden disappeared and was several months behind rent. Turns out that the tenant was in the hospital with a chronic illness. Once Tracy G. found out the hospital, she actually went to visit the tenant in the hospital to see how he was doing.
I don't know any company that would do that. Also, because the tenant was behind on rent, we had to file for rental assistance from the state of CA. Maria S. took the lead on this and was relentless on following up with the state to make sure that our application was approved. Ultimately, she got the job done and our application was approved. Thank you so much for your hard work, diligence and customer service, Maria!
To sum it up, I highly recommend Esquire if you are in need of a quality property management firm with a team that really cares about you, your tenants and your investment. You will not be disappointed!

Been a tenant of a building that Esquire manages for a couple years now and can't speak highly enough of them. I've been in the property management and sales field myself for 30+ years and it's a really hard job to navigate. In particular, cudos to our local PM Yanelly and her team for being right on top of some challenging plumbing repairs we had recently.
She was right on top of it, ultimately having three different plumbers come by until she found someone who could get the job done right and in a timely fashion. Looking forward to spending many years living here and I know they'll make it a pleasant journey! 5/5

I love this company. I moved away from the area but needed to leave my home in the hands of someone who was fair and responsible. This is it. I interviewed several companies in the Ventura County area and this company means business. I knew the moment Tracey walked into my house that she and her company would take care of my home. They have have had my home 2 years now and have been extremely reliable, open and honest communication.
During this pandemic they have been proactive in getting assistance for my renters. I don't know if other companies would have done this so quickly. I appreciate them tremendously and if I had another house in the area, they would definitely be managing it for me.

Update 7/30/2021: Esquire has continued to amaze me. The team has done an amazing job navigating the pandemic and making sure tenants are taken care of while at the same time looking after the owners. Admittedly I was very afraid at the start of Q2 2020 that tenants would stop paying. But that didn't happen. The reason is because Esquire put in the effort up front to make sure quality tenants with integrity were chosen prior to the pandemic.
As a result it has been easier to weather through these tough times. And because Esquire chose good tenants for me, I was able to take back some of the rent money to reinvest in the home so that the tenants have a better living experience. Past notes: I've worked with Esquire Property Management back during their earlier days when Tracy and her team were running the business out of a smaller office in Camarillo.
I view Esquire very much as my business partner in managing my real estate assets and helping me move closer to early retirement. The team always put my interests first when I was just starting out. There were times where they told me to walk away from a property because something about it seemed really fishy. Once things became more operational, the Esquire team has done a phenomenal job in ensuring low vacancy and good market rents are collected.
They care about the tenant as much as I do, and they always inform me of expenses before spending any money. It's been very painless and stress-free working with Esquire. You can't go wrong with this amazing team!

We are extremely picky people with a light dusting of OCD. We have owned businesses ourselves and are pretty demanding of professionals for hire, with high expectations. How difficult it is to find someone who is professional, with an extensive knowledge base yet completely down to earth - well, that's Tracy. We've gone through quite a few realtors over the years and have liked all but one.
I'd have to say that although they were all great, the one I wish I could work with in multiple states would be Tracy. My father in law stumbled upon her and after such a smooth and successful transaction with the sale Of their property - we decided to use her again for ours. This was over our realtor, that we used to purchase our home initially (whom we loved).
We did this because it was such a breeze working with her, and she is so knowledgeable - real estate is definitely her craft. I think what makes such a stressful situation truly bearable is when you have a trusting and great relationship with your realtor. We are incredibly hands on during real estate transactions but with Tracy- we literally just let her steer and never second guessed any decision and/or advice.
It was. amazing. Yes, there was a bit of turbulence during the escrow, but Tracy landed the plan softly. We had never done that before but she's remarkable at what she does, and we were 100% confident in her ability. As we are searching for a new home in a totally different state, we have passed over a handful of realtors, because they cannot live up to the expectations that we have developed from working with Tracy.
We are hoping To find someone that is as similar to her as possible and we have not been successful. If you need to sell and/or buy a home - you need someone you can trust who has your best interest and you won't find anyone better than Tracy at Esquire Realty. I don't trust many people, and when it comes to business, regardless of the relationship; I always feel they are working for their best interest however- I have never felt that way working with Tracy. She's a person of great integrity (this, is hard to find in every aspect in life - personal or professional!) and very humble. You'll love working with her!
