As with many other reviewers, I agree that zero stars is the appropriate option here. This company does nothing but collect dues, and they're even incompetent in doing that; constantly saying they didn't receive payment, then assessing late fees, then upon calling they admit it's their error, but we keep getting threatening letters. Ridiculous. (It is also an egregious waste of paper, by the way.) Additionally, we have several neighbors who leave trashcans out in the street for several days, with no repercussions, barking and crying dogs, and another had a bounce house up for 4 days with screaming kids every day/evening, and then had the huge fan noise going (to keep the thing inflated), all night!

This HOA sent a note to me about a noise complaint, after I hosted a reception on ONE Saturday evening that didn't last passed 11pm. So, I call about the bounce house, and whatever eleventeen year old I spoke with was rude, disinterested, and refused to keep my complaint anonymous. I ended up calling the cops. Absolutely worthless HOA. Have no idea what our dues actually pay for; the clowns have taken over the circus.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The company Has the worst after hour call center in the world. The CCR is very unprofessional and rude. She is not there to help the homeowners instead to make our lives difficult.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Literally the worst company I have ever had to deal with. They are so unprofessional and rude. They not willing to work with you at all. Every time I have called I have had nothing but issues. Every neighbor that has moved into the neighborhood with Eugene burger for the HOA gets a violation a week after they purchase their home. When you call them and actually can get through they act like they don't have time for you. I would never recommend any housing development with this company as the HOA.

Emailed Paris Thompson and Ryan Dominguez at EBMC about graffiti at a nearby children's park, and within a week the graffiti was gone. Park looks 100x better now. Much appreciated.

Multiple calls over several days for property service, no return phone call yet. That was five days ago. The Problem is still not resolved. I guess they just don't care. Update: finally spoke to the person in charge. There were some communication issues that have been corrected. Management that failed to return a phone call has been corrected. Problem should be solved to my satisfaction.

Been here since 2005 this company increase price money goes to their pocket they are rude when u call. And lost payment in past that was paid in fines. Call them about not able to get out due to snow they said call city it's there job not ours. They only fine not pay for maintain at all. If I had be rich leave right now

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value DO NOT MOVE INTO ANY PROPERTY THAT THIS " COMPANY " MANAGES. They don't care about anything other than generating revenue. They will make mistakes every quarter and fine you for other people's properties. Sold my house because these idiots don't know which way is up.

I recommend EBMC for property management, our property became vacant and they were able to qualify a tenant and get them moved in before the months end- saving us tons of money! Special thanks to Sean for making the process easy, efficient, and professional.

EBMC manages 3 condos that we own in Reno. They recently got a new property manager who is in charge of our properties - Sean Burke. He does an excellent job, not only in communicating with us, but also in resolving any issues that may arise. When we recently had a vacancy, he was able to quickly find a responsible tenant to fill the vacancy. And a recent plumbing issue was found to be caused by the tenant, so he saved us from having that charge. Very good attention to detail - I highly recommend Sean at EBMC.

Can I give zero stars? I sent an email to Kevin Berg at Eugene Berger regarding excessive trash in the open spaces in our neighborhood, only to be blown off. I was told that they are hiring a new landscape company and would address the issue when they could. THIS IS NOT NEW. When I pressed further he then told me that he would send someone out tomorrow which would have been 01/17/2020. See attached pictures taken this past weekend 01/25/2020. A middle finger to some of the people that fund your paycheck. NOT ACCEPTABLE.

I have been with Eugene Berger Management for over 15 years and my experiences with them have been terrific. Staff are great to deal with, quick to act when I need anything and pleasant to deal with. Also willing to accommodate our board when it is possibility inconvenient for them. I would recommend them to any other association as one of the best in our area. Wayne Ports Southwest Meadows HOA

A problem I had with EBMC I sent a home owners association payment in early (6 weeks) they kept the check for a few weeks then returned it, in the meantime I went on vacation upon my return had a payment slip in the mail that was now over due.
