Kayla is a terrible manager, they manage Charelston square on Nugget lane, pool is always close during the week days.and on the weekend they have a perv name John Ponce Jr. attending the pool with there dirty family. no one wants to swim after them.

HORRIBLE SERVICE where I own my condo there is mold on the outer walls, pot holes in the parking lot, broken stairs. We pay a big chunk for association fees and they as the property managers do NOTHING but pocket the money. DO NOT USE THEM AS PROPERTY MANAGEMENT.

Extremely poor service and communication. They manage my condominium complex in downtown Tallahassee, and they recently started a significant, thirty-day residential renovation project without even giving any advance notice to residents. Their communication in response was unhelpful and at times dishonest, and their property manager is borderline illiterate. Dealing with her and with this company has always led to aggravation; they project incompetence, disorganization, and a lack of concern.
