Falcon Properties Inc (Formerly Falcon Equites Inc) was founded by Elias Masri in the early 50s to manage commercial and residential real estate in Buenos Aires, Argentina. As an expansion of his Argentine affiliate, Elias Masri created Falcon Properties, Inc. in Manhattan with the objective of purchasing commercial properties and managing them.
The main objective of our commercial leasing department is to provide outstanding service to our tenants-beginning with rapid credit checks and immediate decisions that allow us to approve leases within a day. We specialize in small office space for startups, fashion designers, photo and art studios, and financial enterprises.
