TREATED LIKE I DIDN'T EXIST - I moved out of a Farbman property in October 2018 and was told I would get a portion of my rent deposit back. After 6 MONTHS and about 20 (no exaggeration) phone calls, regularly being told "I'll look into this and get back with you" and that not happening over and over and over and over, I was finally told I would not be getting any of my deposit back, and they would not honor my original agreement with the rental manager.

Let me just say that Brian Crawford and Nathan Casey worked with my partner and I until we finally found the perfect office space. We had looked at many. They made it happen. From the beginning to the end nothing but good vibes from both gentleman. I've delt with many realtors. I've had some pretty shady experiences with more that a few. It was a relief to meet genuinely nice people who do their job above and beyond.

Consult two or three lawyers before you sign anything this company They have leases you' never seen before Like I said you need to or three lawyers to look over your paperwork before you sign anything Have you ever seen a lease with NNNN Lease When the landlords a model they make me pay for it I have never heard of that before.be careful you're not saying anything I don't know how this is allowed to cheat consumers

During February 2018 this organization called our company out to service a medical office building. As of today, 11/15/18, we have yet to be paid. We were told that we could expect payment, during October 2018. Again, we were never paid. This is very disappointing because despite the fact that there was 8 inches of snow that day, we promptly responded to their emergency situation.
