First Choice Property MGMT

We've been tenants for a year now and 1st choice has been excellent for us. Sylvia and the maintenance team are very responsive to all requests and issues that arise. We've renewed our lease and are thrilled to continue working with them!

We have been with First Choice since Christmas and they are an amazing. Very friendly people and respond to maintenance requests almost instantly. I know I can text them and they will have someone out to the house as soon as possible. This team definitely goes above and beyond for their clients.

My husband and I had the pleasure of being tenants with 1st Choice for 3 years. I CANNOT say enough good things about them. Angela, our property manager was always responsive and made not only the leasing easy but even the overall long term process. Chris with maintenance was always responsive as well and ALWAYS had the requests processed immediately. The home we lived in was sold and we were so sad that we couldn't lease another home from them - if you have the opportunity, GO FOR IT!

This is my first year with 1st choice although I been in my current home over 4 years. The quality of service I've received in this first 6 months has been phenomenal! I would personally like to thank Angela B. for her hard work and dedication in improving the property and diligently responding to any concerns I had. 10 stars!

My husband and I have been renting from 1st choice for 4yrs. I was skeptic about dealing with a property management company, I read the reviews and decided to try them out. I have not been disappointed about my choice. They really have lived up to what I read. I'm very pleased with your service from the beginning till now. What I really like the most is when I put in a maintenance request they are contacting me within hours.

I never have to pull teeth and nails to get them to fix anything. I like to be at home when someone comes to fix something, especially since the pandemic because I like to make sure I wipe things down afterwards. Sylvia and Chris always works with my schedule to make sure I'm there and Happy with my requests. With everything going on right now, I'm happy to have y'all as my property managers. Keep up the good work!

1st Choice Property Management handled the rental of my property and the sale. They did an excellent job with the rental and when we decided to sell is when we were introduced to Amanda. She did an awesome job with the sale and I couldn't have found a better answer to our prayers. Thanks again Amanda and 1st Choice for all the help.

First Choice has been the best property management team during my rental history. They actually do what their name states; they manage your property! The listing Realator Is someone I would invite to my home and enjoy visiting with, the maintenance department cannot be more responsive. Maintence requests are answered within minutes or hours, and everyone who have been sent are more than respectful and trustworthy. I could go on, but I will simply say these guys are the best! Choose a listing that is handled by this team!

I will be forever grateful for 1st Chioce Property Management. I dealt with quite a few renters on my own, and oh what a nightmare! From my first conversation with Rob over the phone, to our in person meeting, I WAS and AM impressed with their service. They got my Mom's property in tiptop shape before advertising it for lease. My Mom had passed away over 3 years when I handed it over to 1st Choice.

My property manager, Sylvia was A+. She navigated through the pandemic and all the renter assistance prigrams and not being able to evict. I got all rent, some late, but she always got it collected. She was professional and kept me in the loop. Due to the robust housing market, I decided to sell the property. I used their in-house realtor, Amanda.

Even though I never met her in person, it was the smoothest property sale I have ever been involved with. 1st Choice kept the property maintained so well, I got top dollar for my property. I will sing their praises from the rooftops!

My husband and I have been renting with first choice for over 10 years. They are really an amazing team. I have not had one issue with them in all this time. I feel extremely comfortable when they come to my home for routine maintenance checks, which is very important considering I have children. Not even joking, they responded to a maintenance request in less than 5 minutes, and had someone out within the next hour to fix the issue. I do not want to rent from another company. Chris is especially wonderful and kind. I wish I could give them 10 stars.

Me and my kids lived at a 1st choice property rental for about 3 years upon move in the unit had not been cleaned but they so Graciously provided a basket of dollar tree cleaning supplies, the tub had not been resurfaced and I don't believe the carpet had been replaced. I work in the apartment business so I know what a turned unit and brand new carpet looks feels and smells like, Needless to say my children and I made this rental or home.

When our landlord decided to not renew our month-to-month lease and gave us a 30 day notice to vacate I had the carpet professionally cleaned with a pet treatment since I had a dog had the entire kitchen and bathrooms cleaned swept and mopped the entire yard picked up of all of leaves and scraps that were left in the yard and left the unit in better condition that I found it. Trash was placed at the curb Which was scheduled to be picked up since I was still paying for utilities through the end of the month even though I had moved out prior to the end of the month.

I had a Security deposit of $1575 I received a return security deposit of $280 today a month after moving out with no photos to verify the damages that were claimed. I feel as though me and my children were taken advantage of by 1st Choice Property management and we're giving an unfair deal as we left the unit in better condition than we found it upon move-in and I plan to dispute the alleged charges that were provided in riding with no photos
