Mrs. Gale Wood and the corporation of these apartments are unprofessional both demanding so many documents for and she did not ask for it as it should be when one goes on the first visit they must ask for all the required documents and guide people well not to deceive them and make them go through this Horrible process to then send to connect the electricity services and then days later tell him that the corporation disapproved giving attention that what he has is a bad administration for me I would give him triple 000 I do not recommend this place at all. they are inexperienced in the matter

I feel over all judy is a nice women. However i only got as far as being approved for the background check. when it came to my income i had previously had family members helping me due to loss of income and job. and because of that i wasn't qualified to stay out there. with no explanation as to why. i got a call on friday with hopes that my rent will be $183.00 a month. than come monday i was called with bad news resulting that i didn't qualify due to corporation to live on the property at all. with no explanation or reasoning as to why. when i'm trying to understand how i don't qualify when my only form of income is childsupport. i felt discriminated against. and i wasted a lot of gas and time driving 45mins away every other day to provide the documentation that was asked of me. but when it's for you no man can take it away. so i guess God has other plans.

My husband, my son and i moved from port orange December of last year. January 2021 rolls around and willow pond and flynn management sends us a letter saying they are implementing a 55 and up community (again), we express concerns about our lease, they tell us "not to worry, as long as the complex maintains an 80/20 ratio" we are allowed to stay. nothing from them up until 3 weeks ago. i come home from work to a note on my door saying we have until December 30th to move and our lease will not be renewed. we pleaded with the office, we wrote one email to the owner at flynn management pleading for an extension and the office called back saying the owner will not grant any kind of extension to us. no actual reply from the owner. all while working our jobs, and scrambling for the holiday season and trying to find another apartment. i know I'm not owed anything in this life, ive seen a lot of good in my life, I've seen a lot of rotten in my life.

I'm just speechless right now. this just doesn't feel right to be told one thing, kept in the dark only to be surprised with this?!. our last apartment we lived at for over 11 years, if we would have known we were only going to have to move after a year we wouldn't have taken this apartment, we wouldn't have unpacked. when we were searching last year we had options and right now with the current economy and housing market we have almost none.

I'm very hopeful we will find something or at the very least a temporary stepping stone but this position the owner of willow ponds at flynn management has put us in is very stressful, unnecessary and dare i say, heartless. i hope no one ever has to deal with the stress of having a place to call home, in a beautiful community only to have it ripped from you and your hard working husband and 6 year old child a year later during the holiday season. like i said i know I'm not owed anything in this life, i do not expect handouts, I've worked my whole adult life before, during and after college. my husband has been employed at the same place for over 12 years. this just doesn't feel right. to put it in another perspective now, the time we have to take to go applying for another apartment, could be spent working or spending time with family and money that could be put towards the holiday season now put into apartment applications is so frustrating as a mom.

I have been living in my apartment for going in 6 years now. Recently July 29 we had a fire outside my apartment with the power boxes. Thank God it was during the day and a resident saw the fire before it got bigger. It scared me. If it had happened at night time I might not of been so lucky. Since then to now I have been without water probably about 15-16 days on different occasions.

I had no electricity for 3 1/2 days because of the fire I got home and noticed I had no hot water so the maintenance man came over and play with the circuit breakers. The hot water heater went on and I had hot water again. The breaker tripped 3 Times twice it was on Friday night so I went the weekend without hot water. Again playing with the breaker I got the hot water heater on.

It tripped again. Electrician come out and they said oh it must be the breaker so they change the breaker outside and the new power box and the breaker for the hot water heater which they said was bad too low no Times twice it was on Friday night so I went the weekend without hot water. Again playing with the breaker I got the hot water heater on.

It tripped again. Electrician came out and they said oh it must be the breaker so they change the breaker outside in the new power box and the breaker for the heater. Which they said was too small for this hot water heater. Mind you for five years it ran the hot water heater until the fire. Last night the hot water heater tripped again. I was told I would have a new hot water heater put right in I moved everything I needed to.

Again they said the hot circuit breaker was no good. So they change the circuit breaker again. So because they play with the circuit breaker I have hot water again. I paid my rent for July and August I feel as though I am being miss treated I did not get my full benefits of my apartment for the month of July and now starting in August. I am so angry if I had the money I would be moving out I do like it here I really do up until this point in time I'm trying to figure out who I can call I did talk to the office management and I did talk to our maintenance man and you're sticking to it as long as the hot water heater is working I have no complaints.

I think six weeks playing with this hot water heater is enough please help me I said I'd I am so angry I could spit fire. I live at St. Johns River Apartments Apartment 801 in Palatka Florida
