Focus Real Estate & Investments, Inc. specializes in homeowner associations. We manage PUDs, condominiums, and residential homes with common area/open space. In this way we are able to provide personal and individual service in a specialized field.
Services
All accounting is performed using a software program customized and specifically designed for Homeowner Associations. Collection of all monthly and other assessments that are due to the Homeowners Association. Property Manager will send out monthly notices to all delinquent homeowners and when the Board of Directors deems it appropriate, pursue legal collection.

Would have given zero stars if allowed. The worst management company in all of Sonoma county. Hard to reach the actual manager of my own complex. The complex pool was closed and no notification was given to the residents by the management company. Per the Sonoma county department of health, it is the managements responsiblity. The management is notified prior to closure.
I called Focus, and as usual the complex manager was not in the office @0945. I was inquiring because the sign was not visible when entering the pool. I didn't see it until after my kids swam. I spoke to the owner of Focus, who was extremely rude and stated that she knew nothing. She stated "that is too much for our staff to notify all the residents". As far as I know the condo association pays for their services. The owner refused to let me get a word in and was very aggressive, and just hung up on me.
