We currently manage more than 450 properties, ranging from single-family homes to 30-unit apartment buildings.

The properties we manage are primarily located in Boulder metro area. In the more than 50 years that we've operated as a family-owned business in Boulder County, we've managed thousands of properties, through every boom and bust.
Vigorous plunging can often unclog a toilet. For best results, flush the toilet and then plunge repeatedly as the toilet bowl fills with water. Repeat this process several times. GFI outlets will "pop" anytime there's a surge or unusual electrical activity, causing all of the outlets on the GFI circuit to stop working.
If you'd like to rent one of our properties, each person (over the age of 18) who will be living in the property will need to fill out a separate rental application. There is a $35 charge per person. If you're a student with limited rental history, or if you have limited credit or bad credit, you may need to have a guarantor sign the lease with you.

My residency with Fowler Property Management was exceptional. I had all issues addressed with no problems. If I had to I look forward to renting from them again.

I had toured one property from Fowler Property Management. Both times I had asked the touring agent if rent was negotiable, both of which told me a tentative yes then one of the agents gave me the card of Max Ramos the associate broker at Fowler Property Management. Over the phone Max had told me that rent was negotiable, the application for the property had a line to change said price.

My roommate and I applied for 100 dollars under asking price. Fowler accepted our offer, then when push came to shove Max informed me that himself and several of his associates have lied about the negotiable aspect of the property. His refusal to explain why this discrepancy had occured is all I need to know about Fowler and their lack of transparency.

He then informed me that he would keep the lease available to us for 3 days then pressured us to sign during our first 24 hours and voided the lease one sidedly. To Max - thank you, if not for your lack of professionalism, we would have signed the lease

Maintenance doesn't solve issues solves, just gets rude. Super strict about what's allowed outside in backyards. Cannot stress enough that it's easier and cheaper to go through an external maintenance company than using Fowler; their maintenance is down-talking, blaming, and unkind. Have never felt so angry considering how much I pay in rent. Absolutely foul.

If there was an option for negative stars, I would choose that. This company seems like a scam. They never addressed any issues with the house my roommate and I were renting from them. We emailed and called and left messages about broken windows and doors (among many other things) and we NEVER heard back. When we would call the office they would put us on hold for 20+ minutes.

We finally filled out an intent to vacate and sent it to them and they never reached out to us to move forward with that either. I could go on for days about how awful this company is. DO NOT rent from them. DO NOT give them any money.

Fowler Property was our management company for about 18 months and they were wonderful. So responsive to every request - even as the pandemic was just beginning. They made our time as renters so easy - Just a great experience.

I have always been happy with my experience with Fowler Property Management. They are very prompt about keeping me up to date with information concerning my payments and with emails about freeze notices and other important information. They are quick to respond to any repairs that need to be made. I find the staff to be helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend them!

Office staff is very friendly and helpful. Maintenance is always prompt. Had a few poor maintenance jobs done over the years but usually they get the job done. The rent is very fair and we REALLY appreciate the new washer and dryer in our building.

We have lived in our condo unit for ~5 years. Fowler is always responsive when there is any communication from our condo association or when we need maintenance. The staff are friendly and professional. I want to especially point out Diane's professionalism and quick response times when a maintenance request goes in. They are reasonable with rent increases, especially during COVID; this was greatly appreciated. We love our place and hope to stay another year!
