Foxboro Property Management We are Mark and Susan Schley, and we are the owners of Foxboro Property Management. We are proud that we have been a locally owned and operated small business in the Chippewa Valley for over 16 years! We live and work in this community, and we are proud to support many local events, businesses, and charities. Mark is originally from Owen, WI. He grew up on a dairy farm where he learned the value of hard work and perseverance. After graduating from a small private high school, he went to Crown College in St. Bonifacius, MN.

My fridge stopped working on a Saturday morning. I called the emergency number and had a new fridge in my kitchen within 2 hours! George and Nate were great. Efficient and friendly. I am so appreciative of their help!

So 6 months in to living in a place managed by this company and it's a complete disaster. The unit has so many maintenance issues and when I report these issues I'm told someone will come look at them and only about 20% of the time does someone show up and when they do I'm told oh nope that's normal. The sewer system drain field doesn't function leading to water in the tank all the time backing up to the house.

The basement leaks water with heavy rain or snow melt and the hvac doesn't function properly we've had two issues with it in 6 months all while I pay 1150 for rent! Fix your stuff people!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! If I could give them negative stars I would. We had nothing but issues when we rented from them from the start. They were unresponsive when we had urgent issues (our refrigerator was broken). We had to call multiple times and finally threaten to report them then suddenly they were there with a new fridge. Move out was a complete disaster.

They kept our whole security deposit and charged us for damages that were there before we moved in. There were reported BLACK MOLD issues that they ignored. The list goes on. I have rented from companies, private landlords, known slumlords, etc. across the country and have never had any issues with anyone but them. To top it off Dena is hands down one of the most unprofessional and rude people I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Unless you want a constant headache DO NOT RENT FROM THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY! You will definitely get screwed over and treated like garbage.

Dena has been terrific! Foxboro is very organized and makes the process simple and easy to understand. Our only disappointment was that not quite all the work on our new home was completely done by the time we moved in.

If I could give 0 stars, I'd give -5. This "company" doesn't bother to follow up with tenants, they just go off the property owner's word. They took rent for 4 months and never once said anything about a lease to the tenant. They're absolute garbage to work with. Maintenance is a joke. They're jacking up prices of rent when the property isn't even worth the current rent.

I gave a 2 star bc i felt as if they falsely advertise the apt that i liked, purposely or not. The apt says it included water/sewer, trash, snow and lawn removel and this is on their website, not zillow or trulia etc. So i applied and pay the fee. They got back at me in a timely manner as expected. However after the phone call that i was approved for the place, and set up a time for a tour, i went on the website to look at the pics of the apt once more only to see that trash and water is no longer included. Disappointed, i ask the lady on the day i went to look at the place why water and trash is taken out.

She then said, well lets look at the website. I shooked my head and told her, its no longer there, but for a good amount of days before and after i apply it was still there. She told me they dont cover those utilities and that they only manage the properties. Like i get it, i just dont know why it was recently removed after i was approved. I wish i had screenshot and show it. Smh If only i had known that water and trash isnt included in the first place, i would never wasted $25 for the application fee. False advertise much? Very disappointed at how unprofessional it was. If a mistake was make, say so. Dont blame on other things.

I recently moved into a new apartment through Foxboro, and am so far impressed with their responsiveness. Speaking openly and honestly, the condition of the apartment on move-in day left a lot to be desired (uncleaned sink and cabinets, and a strong smell of cigarettes in the apartment). But when I emailed photos and explained the situation, they promptly reached out and sent in a cleaning crew to clean everything up and get rid of the smell in only 2 days. They did a great job cleaning the place, and now I'm really enjoying the space. It's a well-sized apartment at a fair price, and I am looking forward to living here!

It really makes a difference to rent from a family-owned company rather than a big real estate corporation. Foxboro has been so easy to work with and professional. When I needed a few repairs during my move-in week, they got back to me right away and sent out the right people to get the job done. They take care of their tenants. I love my unit and the rent is affordable.
