Maintenance never comes. And when they do it's not done correctly. They don't plow, shovel or salt. They nickel & dime you for everything. They lie. Made up numbers for the water bill with no statement. Made up numbers for rent. If we could afford to move we would. Do not rent here!

Landlord never responds to calls or emails unless they are in violation of the law. Landlord tends to raise rent less than a week before leasing agreements expire. You will have to find a way to contact them if you want to resign a lease or want your security deposit back. The employees are extremely unprofessional. Safiya Tyree should be fired immediately.

Dennis is the worse landlord I have ever dealt with. I have rented his apartments for 2 years, I had nothing but problems. Their auto-pay on website crashes without notification, took me months to get AC fix, had to send 3 emails for my security deposit. If I were you, I would take pictures of the apartment before and after, communicate with him through emails for proof, and never let him lie his way to take advantage. I would never recommend him to anyone unless they want to do the above.

I have always received good advise and quick responses from Full Circle. For our association, we have always gotten a range of options to choose from for service contractors. I have only experienced professional re pore with the company and feel that the entire team tries hard to give the customers good professional service.

Used this company to manage a property of mine. I had a horrible experience and do not recommend them. Very unprofessional. Update:Will leave a very detailed BBB complaint on this company. Received a harassing email after my initial review. Rated 2.2 stars and have the audacity to defame me in the response. This company needs a class action lawsuit brought against it. I guess everyone who leaves a negative review is dishonest or some how to blame. What a shame.

I can't speak for anyone else's experience, but I have had a great support system with this company. If there has been a problem they are quick to respond. ( Maintenance, rent etc). If they need to followup with me they always hold their word. I truly can't wait to renew my lease. And I thank you all even the receptionist for being so kind to me and treating me as if I were family. Happy New Year!

I have been renting for 6 months and found it to be decent quiet and well kept until I started running into issues with parking spaces and the lack of consideration I received regarding my power being out in half of my unit for over 2 weeks now. When maintenance came out and tried to fix it they left a note saying an electrician will be out. Haven't heard anything from an electrician, maintenance or the property manager.

After calling a few times I just keep getting the same results. NOTHING! I thought a power problem would be hazardous and dangerous and would be priority for the property manager and tenant. No credit on a power bill, rent or even a small apology for taking their time to fix the issue. I can't see in my kitchen or my bedroom/closet so if I'm paying $800 /month for a 1 bedroom there is no reason why I should have to walk through my unit with a flashlight for two weeks.

I will not be renewing this lease. All it takes is 1 time for me. I pay on time every month and I don't bother the office about all the issues I encounter in this unit. I lost 2 sister and 2 brothers to a house fire that was caused by electrical wiring issues. So I will not rest until I know this issue is fixed and safe!

Stay far away. In summary, we were lied to and they stole our money. We were told that if we paid our application fee and applied that we would have our spot reserved for a property we wanted. After we did this, another family was chosen for the property even though we were "approved" and the leasing agent implied it was because we had children (that isn't legal).

They tried to direct us to other properties, but none of them were very nice options. We decided to move forward with a unit with another leasing company and we now have a nice place. I asked for our application money back multiple times and they have simply stopped responding. They have our application fees but they will never have another dime from us moving forward and we will definitely be letting people know to stay away from this company. Just a shameful way to do business.

We have lived in my condo for a couple years. The property manager is rude and unprofessional. Our fees have raised each year but we don't see where the money is going. They first year we weren't even told they were going to be raised until after the fact. They ripped out all of these beautiful trees last year and replaced them with bushes. And then hounded us to water the bushes all summer long.

That is not our responsibility. That's why we all pay >200 a month for you to do. They won't plow the snow unless it is over three inches, that's fine. Except there was a snowfall this past winter that was definitely over three inches and they didn't come out. They won't even salt. So we are left with an icy sheet. His emails are so rude and insulting to people.

He is the master of petty and passive aggressive. My condo association decided to end our contract with his company. The next day he sent out the rudest email to everyone. He called residents "crazies and radicals" and called out one for being his "nemesis." I have never seen such unprofessionalism from someone, and the president of the company no less. He clearly thinks is is better than everyone else. I will be glad to see him leave.

My husband was approved for a property, with a move in date on March 1st. The house wasn't finish, so when they asked for a deposit on the house we questioned the progress that wasn't being made on the home. They said they wasn't sure why nothing was being done they needed to call the owners an were having a difficult time getting in touch with them.

So days later they said the move in date was pushed back to April 1st that work on the homes was to have started days ago. They then again asked for a deposit and we again questioned the progress that wasn't being made on the house. Was told they would check an call us back. Well a few hours later we get a call from Dennis saying we were denied the property even though we have an email that says we are approved. I wouldn't waste my time with this company it's a nightmare.
