Horrible! they manage a building I rent and they treat people like crap! They didn't fix a hole in the roof and it flooded into my suite then said I'm responsible for the cost because my lease was as Is! They lost my rent money order and won't admit to it and the manager they put in charge of our building ( Penelope) acts like a two year old going around arguing with everyone and being extremely petty and disrespectful.

When we complain they make excuses for their unprofessional behavior. Do not hire these people they're extremely disgusting and will not represent you properly. They took my sign out of the front and put it in the trash 24 hours after asking me to remove it when I wait I wasn't in town. This company is sick

These people are randomly tagging vehicles in the Panamar apartment complex that I live threatening to tow my work vehicle and another car that I own. The funny thing is is the registration and tags are still good on my vehicles and I use them so legally they shouldn't be able to tow them. They profile older vehicles and tag them and tow them away. I know this because my new car didn't get tagged. This is considered theft and stealing. This is a horrible dishonest business practice.
