I have always been treated with respect and courtesy by the staff at gables professional. They have truly stepped up where others have failed during these trying times. Our communities property manager is amazing, always there to listen and advocate for our communities needs in all aspects. Highly recommend, perhaps others here complaining should take their concerns to their boards and realize the PM is not the decision maker but is the one who will do their job with the communities best interest at heart. We love our PM, thank you gables professional.

Terrible. Customer Service is non existent. They take ages to reply and seem to schedule the meetings at a far distant place and at a time that is completely inconvenient for homeowners to attend to. The property manager in my community will take its time to reply to anything and obtaining a resolution is almost impossible. Yet when it comes to "enforce" HOA bylaws they address the community in a nasty way. having them answering a call is a miracle and emails take 24 to 48 hours according to the receptionist who will laugh at you when you call to inquiry about a communication sent. their budgets are completely unclear and since there are no minutes shared with the homeowners, we studently find things being imposed on us. It is not bad, it is terrible, imagine the worse and that will describe them.

Extremely Happy with services esppecially for helping me understandd the roles of the property manager and that of the board of directors. Thank you now Ii undersant that they board of directors have the final say not the property management. I appreciate all the hard work you do and especially dealing with me and all my questions. We currently went through a purchasing process and the service provided by the management company was outstanding. We had NO delays with the endless amount of documentation requested by the financial lender. I would recommend this Co.

I want to thank Gables Professional for being very professional and responsive. I was upset with the association because they delayed my closing. I know they are not the ones that approve applications but they helped me until I closed.

I highly recommend this management company. They are extremely professional in all there dealings with both owners and tenants. I hold the highest respect for our property manager as he is polite, courteous and extremely patient. In every occasion I required insurance documentation o a simple question the staff was always responsive within a reasonable time. You feel that they are a part of your community not just overseeing it! HIGHLY recommend.

Horrible company leave apartment 6 month ago call many times to get my pet refund Check no one contact about it, office is close no one want working no one care HORRIBLE.When people move in they want a lots of paperwork but when people leave and want get refunds you can not find anybody. Now I understand why a lots of people have 1 Star review.

I just want to let everyone know that MysticForest is the best association ever. The monthly fee is incredibly reasonable. You get the most for your money. The board should be proud of the care they take on keeping the landscape updated and well manicured. They just added new shadow fencing, too. I attribute it mostly to its current President Rafael who cares about the appearance of the place. Gables Professional management is a whole other story. They are slow to respond to emails if at all and take money without getting back to you or crediting you for whatever was not done by them. Very disorganized and don't care.

BE AWARE! I have been dealing with this company since January. Apparently, they don't like the words "attorneys". They are helping my HOA defraud and steal from the community. Between being told racist and discriminatory remarks by Marlene. To now being told I am no longer able to contact them due to emails, and asking for proof about where the association money is going!

It got to the point that I had to make them aware that I wanted the information to pass on to my attorney. They are hiding something, or they are allowing the board members to hide information from residents. I have already reported them to the BBB. I suggest if you are also having issues to report it. The more people who come forward the better it would be for everyone.

It's actually kind of sad! I mean all I want is information to make my community better, or at least be able to have all the information so I can make a choice about what to do to with my home. Yet, all these people do is make you feel like a nuisance.

I guess everyone has there own opinion, but this company by far has been great. From the office manager to the property managers. The customer service is AWESOME. I am so happy with the outcome and how they handle the community i live in. Very happy with the service.
