We advertise properties for rent/lease wherever we get the best results. Various local media publications are used such as the Daily Interlake and Mountain Trader as well as this website. Tenant Screening: We do our best to be sure that the tenant will take care of your home and pay the rent on time.
We are experienced in managing associations and are skilled in understanding CCR's and By-laws as well as enforcement. We are qualified to do as little or as much of the hoa management as is required and our fee scales accordingly. We can handle everything from financial to administrative, and from collections to maintenance as well as construction supervision.

If using the Online Application, payment is made online before you will be allowed to fill out or submit your Application. We accept all major credit cards.
We try and address all repairs within 24 hours except in the case of an emergency which are dealt with immediately. Please keep in mind that you do not need to be home when a repair is done however, if you prefer to be home, understand that there will be a delay in your requested repair. You will always be given 24 hour notice prior to a repair, however accommodating a service person on shorter notice will ensure faster service.

I have worked with Jennifer Volkert for almost 6 years through Glacier Management. She has been a pleasure to work with every step of the way. I was in a very tough spot when she went to bat for me to find me a townhouse. She was patient with me and just took care of all the details that go along without a property management company. I appreciated her listening ear and expertise so much.

Jennifer from Glacier management has been a fantastic landlord, whenever I have had any questions or concerns she would get back to me promptly and professionally. Her ethics and generosity are of the highest caliber and something not seen very often here in this valley, if she could not schedule a plumber she would actually came to the property herself to fix it.
I wish there were more homeowners and people who generally cared about their properties and tenants like her. I have an absolute pleasure renting from her and I will 100% be working with her when here in the valley.

We had an extremely bad experience with this company. Unprofessional and failed to deliver on the terms of our agency agreement causing us to loose a signicant amount of money From tenant damage and failure to collect rent. In my opinion the owner needs to get out of this line of business and no longer had the patience or civility to work with either the owner or tenants. Our tenants were starting to complain to us. We longer have trust & confidence in this company Sad. Wish I could post a better review

Great management company, stellar customer service, and outstanding staff. This company has managed my property for years and I have never had an issue. They are always available to answer any questions or concerns, tenant occupancy has been 100% for 5 years and my properties have always been well maintained and left in good condition.

I patiently waited for weeks to have a showing for a home I was interested in. Upon doing so, I called and emailed asking for more information about the home and when I could se it. I later found out they lied and accepted an application from someone else (without ever being told to fill out an application).There was no personal interest or guidance or help for me, as a single mother seeking clean, safe housing.
I was treated with no respect. Furthermore, Jennifer was curt and rude to me. People do not deserve to be treated in such a disrespectful manner, especially when it is a hectic time trying to find housing.

I do not recommend renting from glacier management. The person who runs it is very rude and when we finally moved out because we no longer felt safe there they made it very difficult. Our own personal experience was horrible and from the many many years me and my husband have rented from Boston to California to here in Montana this was thee worse experience ever. I do not recommend them.
