If you change your mind after placing an order, you can cancel it at any time before we have sent your parcel out, and 25% cancellation fee applies. We strive to ship most orders as quickly as possible, so if the order is shipped already, cancellation request will be refused. If there is any problems about the product, you must contact us within 3 days since you got your them, or return request will be refused.

Updated review. After few month of managing my place, amount of attention to the property was significantly reduced. They did not visit property regularly, did not check work on renovations, did not do background check on tenants. I ended up with half finished renovations and tenants with criminal records that did not pay rent. After discovering all these fact I had to reduce my rating and post updated review ------------------------------------------------------------------------ As a property owner I'm very satisfied with how my property is managed.
