We currently manage in excess of $150 Million in realty assets and we represent over 85 years of combined real estate experience! Some call us the original "Niche" Real Estate Brokerage in the North Dallas area - specializing in the professional leasing and property management of single family houses since 1985. Do NOT get into a lease that is managed with Goodloe Reality. The landlord harasses people over parking spaces that are NOT RESERVED and targets certain companies over others. Parking is not specified in the lease agreement. They constantly harass individuals to move their vehicle when over half of the parking lot is empty. They also threaten to tow your vehicle. Failure to enforce violations from other companies for "backing into parking spaces".yes, this is forbidden per the leasing policies. Complete headache.

Truly abysmal company. Tom Sowell, in particular, is horribly difficult to deal with. He is entirely unprofessional and an egregious communicator. There are hundreds of thousands of homes, and hundreds of property management companies. Seriously, take a pass on these guys. I can't tell you how many headaches you'll save. Coming from someone who rarely takes the time to review ANYTHING.

AWFUL company, non-reliable and can't even properly manage their properties! PLEASE PLEASE stay away as they will let tenants RUIN your property and allow scum tenants to damage property and they will do nothing about it! They don't care about their clients OR their client's properties! They can't even do what they're paid to do which is properly manage property! Stay clear from this sham of a company! ABSOLUTELY HORRENDOUS!

I recommend steering clear of this company. They call themselves a management company yet they are better called a 'mis-managed company'. Goodloe allows properties to get trashed and they do nothing to ensure that your real estate is kept safe and sound. Your management fees are paid for absolutely nothing. Goodloe takes the money and runs. When issues are brought up, they wipe their hands clean of the situation. Again, being pretty educated when it comes to real estate and leadership, I would not recommend even to my worst enemy. Protect your money, protect your investment and avoid Goodloe Realty.
