If your looking to hire within a community, don't do it. It's been two weeks since backyard has been mowed. Anyone understands a two day delay, however when it's a consistent bad job and extremely rushed it becomes frustrating. They edge every few weeks, rarely mow to edge of lake, bad customer service when requesting yard to be mowed. Three phone calls with a final return phone call stating sometime next week!

Horrible communication! I have been trying to contact Phil our landscape supervisor for over a month without a response. I've emailed, called and sent texts without any response. My lawn is covered in weeds! I might add that the lawn was installed by them less than a year ago. We are members of a Home Owner's association that employs them. I will definitely campaign to get someone else! Thank you for the quick response today!

Greenscapes customer service is wonderful. They are responsive and always get back to me within a timely manner. I have had several landscape enhancement projects done by them and they did a great job. Would highly recommend for any association!

A shout out to the great crew doing a hard cut in our neighborhood. These folks were courteous, knowledgeable and so accommodating. Greens capes should be proud that these people are representing your company! A happy customer

This company maintains the grounds at our condo complex. They are the most inconsiderate people. They mow right where people are congregating when they have a whole other parts of the complex they could be mowing. They mow around the pool in the afternoon when most of the people are there; They also use the world's loudest weed whackers around the pool at the same time to edge the sidewalks. This morning I went out to wash my car and the mower came from across the street and mowed directly in front of my car as I started washing it. So rude!

We recently had an irrigation leak under our pool pavers. The technician that worked on my irrigation break did a fantastic job. He worked diligently in finding the leak and was very careful with the pool pavers. He told me that Greenscapes is not responsible for replacing pavers which I understood. Even with that said he was exceptionally careful to remove only 1 paver and dug around several more in order not to disturb them. And he replaced the one that had to be removed. I was very impressed.

We were charged for 2 men - (5 hours - 2.5 hours per man) at $65 an hour to do what one man could do in 2 hours for irrigation changes. PLUS, I WAS QUOTED $209.21 AND THEY CHARGED $218.62 ON MY CREDIT CARD, I DID NOT APPROVE THIS AMOUNT AND THE ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT QUOTED TWICE THAT MY BALANCE WAS $209.21 BEFORE I APPROVED THE PAYMENT AND GAVE MY CREDIT CARD INFO.

And the person who is responding to this calling herself the "owner" is also the office manager/accountant AND SHE IS THE ONE WHO PROCESSED MY CREDIT CARD AND CHANGED THE AMOUNT! I have an email dated 1/7, stating there will be not finance charge if paid in full. Today 1/25 I received another statement? She states I now have to pay a finance charge AND SHE ADDED IT TO THE PAYMENT WHEN SHE PROCESSED IT!

I didn't even get my first invoice for 2 months, thought I was paid in full when I paid the deposit (which was charged to my card 2 months later - my credit card company will verify this).

I recently had a landscape project completed by Greenscapes. Christine did a great job in bringing some definition to my yard. The landscaping crew worked non stop from start to finish. Very happy and impressed with the job and will use there Service again!

This company was contracted by our HOA last fall. Since then, they have managed to aggravate a large majority of residents with their hack jobs of our plants, trees, bushes, etc. Their complete and utter disregard for the money invested in our properties is hands down the worst we have ever experienced with ANY landscaping company. I cringe every time their crews come through because I never know what they're going to destroy next.

They are completely disrespectful of the properties of many residents and have ZERO regard for the fact we all have invested thousands in our landscaping only to have them come along and destroy everything. We finally had to call them out to take a look at what their crews did to our yard. As expected, we were told that every now and then our plants need to be cut down in order for them to grow back more healthy. Funny, because THEY WERE ALREADY HEALTHY.

Our 3-4 ft high beautiful flowering hibiscus were thriving and now have been reduced to about 6-12 inches high - all flowers, leaves, etc. completely hacked off. Our yard looks like trash with old mulch and yet Greenscapes refuses to acknowledge the damage done even though they admitted that perhaps the crew had taken the cutting a little too far.

If you're an HOA or looking for residential landscaping services just stay clear away from this company. All they care about is taking our money yet have no qualms whatsoever over destroying our yard. We are seriously considering legal action.
