Hallkeen management sucks as a whole. There were many issues during my stay at the Westland ave location. Management, along with corporate failed to address the issues, despite the numerous times I have contacted them. I had mice, rats, cockroaches, swarms of flies in my unit, along with a list of other issues. Management cared more about fixing the floors (Nothing wrong with them) and painting the walls in the entryway of the building, than fix the issues at hand in my unit.

Their priorities are not in order. If and when they decide to make an appointment to come to your unit to do repairs, THEY DON'T SHOW UP or come 3 days later after initiating a work order, to fix a leaking toilet pipe. No one should live how they forced me and my kids to live. Hallkeen forced me out and into a market rate unit. Please be aware and be smart. DO NOT RENT FROM HALLKEEN.

Critical: Responsiveness I've called many times and no one answers the phone!

Ultimately allowed the same waterline break to happen in one of their buildings by failing to review similar problems theyve had in the past which now has caused the 65 winooski falls way residents to live in a hotel room per 1 apartment for 5 weeks. Keens is the type of company that DOES NOT look out for their residents because despite the 2 or 3 bedroom apartments that have multiple residents maybe even a dog per apartment, THEY ONLY GET ONE HOTEL ROOM AND ITS NEAR IMPOSSIBLE TO HAVE THE SAME SPACE PRIVACY COMFORTABILITY AS KEENS CROSSING SHOULD BE PROVIDING SINCE ITS THEIR FAULT FOR NEGLIGENTLY FAILING TO CHECK THE OTHER WATER LINES. OH WHAT A GREAT WAY TO SPEND THE HOLIDAYS! if i could give keens zero stars i would.

All of us cluttered into one hotel room with a dog while both residents work from home? Like come get real. Keens crossing says "sorry not our problem its policy" typical corporate bs that lacks any moral values.

Very Very unprofessional company! For a lease of 12 months; they took 8 months to confim that we are added on lease and share us portal account for rent payment from the move-in date. But still they did not share lease document with us to agree & sign; and expect us to pay rent on time. After 5 months & multiple follow-ups for lease document, management says "we lost the document you submitted at beginning" and asked us to submit documents again.

Post re-submission of documents still it took them 3 months to add us on lease. I re-iterate they did not share with us lease agreement to sign even after we asked and followed-up for it. Not even till now when our lease is ending. How irresponsible you guys are? You have such lazy employees. They are never available in their office or on calling number so you can never reach out to them. Only way is email which they keep on ignoring. I would not recommend this management company or their properties to anyone.

Worst management company I've ever had. I have numerous friends in the industry and they concur. I've lived at Atlas Lofts for over six years and they have gone through nearly as many property managers in that time. What's clear is that problems stem from the top, it's not the managers fault, their hands are tied. Bare minimum building maintenance, outdated common areas, and amenities are not competitive with the market. Yet, rents are raised every year with zero regard or appreciation for long-time residents.

Made a year in Jan 2020 and I so glad and proud to be representing HK. They take care of their employees, vendors and resident. A management company that cares. Thank you HK.

Hallkeen is a great company to work for. They offer fair pay and very good benefits. The building that I manage is clean, safe and exceptionally well maintained. Our company gives low income elderly people a nice place to live that is centrally and conveniently located. I highly recommend this company.

Great Place to Work with Fabulous People! Employees are friendly and upper management is caring. They encourage those who come from out of the industry (like myself) to learn the business and take online courses for better understanding. I couldn't ask for a better job or employer.

The most unorganized people I have ever met don't give a damn bout people! Don't bother with this management

Horrible management! I've lived here for over 5 years and nothing has changed. I was without heat (which is included in my rent) all of winter 2016-2017 and for the first few months of this winter. I kept complaining and maintenance came but kept telling me that it worked, didnt know what i was talking about. So for most of the winter i stayed elsewhere but had to stay during the week so that my son could catch his bus to school.

When i had to stay i was forced to put my oven on and leave the door open, this is extremely unsafe. Fast forward to Sept. 2017 i am complaining once again about my heat. After 5 visits from maintenance it was discover that when they changed the heating in 2015 from the dial to a digital box, they NEVER connected the box to the actual heat. So now they are aware i have no heat with a child in the house and it still took 2 weeks from the day they realized it didnt work. Unacceptable!

I tried calling the management office in Dedham and I was completely ignored! I mean not answering reception phone because you could see my name and number on the caller ID. Do not choose to live in any of their properties! Very unprofessional company!
