Hawkeye Property Management was founded in 2005 to provide quality property management and support services to the South Jersey area. We provide our services to many communities in Atlantic, Burlington, Camden, Cape May and Gloucester Counties. Whether the residents or tenants are full-time or seasonal, we have the right experience to promptly and efficiently address all of the issues that may arise. Our use of technology allows owners to access data and staff members 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
A cornerstone of a successful association is effective governance principles and practices - principles that support communication and practices that delineate responsibilities. Maintaining complete, accurate, and timely association financials is a cornerstone of our firm. We produce all the necessary business and financial information your association will need to make sound decisions.
We employ individuals in the fields of Accounting/Bookkeeping, Senior Community Management, Community Management, and Administrative Assistants. As we grow, we are always looking for qualified people to fill positions. One of the most effective ways to help increase support of Board decisions is through communication. Most people employed at Hawkeye are fabulous. They manage the condos I live in but must not actually check on property with their own eyes. I've been in my place for 8 years now but this last year it is not up to par. They also really need to update not only parking procedures for assigned spurs but find a way with the tow company to verify the person calling for a tow actually is assigned to said spot. Also no handicap accessible curbs or parking and current assigned spots aren't big enough for handicap vehicles. Otherwise not a bad place.

Probably one of the worst management companies I've ever had to deal with. Our assigned manager has never set foot on our property. A complete joke.

Place is a joke work was supposed to be done prior to me buying the place 3 months have gone buy now leak is dripping straight on you as you go to bathroom and they want me to fix ceiling knowing the leak is caused because the roof is so bad never heard of something like this ever who knows how long this leak has been like this probably all mold i would give no star if possible

If I could give no star to this management company I would, the worst management company ever. "OTHER PROJECTS" are more important to this company than the safety and welfare of their residents.

Beware of this company and their HOA policies. They charge you a high monthly fee to just cut your gas (half the year) and shovel snow (if it snows). If you need any external repairs like roof or siding they make you pay for it. But they make you sign an agreement to not breed animals in YOUR home. Bunch of crooks. It's pathetic that they charge $150 a month to cut 15 feet of grass in the front and backyard. Do your research and just buy a single family home. At least you know that you are responsible for all repairs.

We just started using hawkeye and within one phone call i actually got an immediate call back and the problem resolved in a day. i even got a follow up call to make sure it was done to my satisfaction. then i had another problem and that was taken care of in a week. cant ask for better service then that. i highly recommend Hawkeye property management if you are looking for professional on the ball service.

Great management company. Very attentive to tenant needs, and most importantly, excellent at keeping services high and costs low. They also have a 'bigger picture' outlook for the future. I'm very happy to be with them.
