I have had the pleasure of working with Paul, and later Jason Hiett and Evelyn for over 12 years. They are extremely professional and managed our 100 unit HOA very efficiently, helping us keep costs low and the property looking great. Evelyn is very patient with the property owner's problems, and Jason is always looking for ways to solve any complex issues that might come up and is always available to the board and property owners. If you are an HOA or an apartment complex looking for a new property manager, I strongly recommend you consider Hiett & Associates.

I am currently living in one of their properties and it's HORRIBLE before signing the lease I asked multiple times if the home had refrigerated air both Evelyn and Hilda assured me that the home had refrigerated air. when I moved in it was March and didn't have the need to try to turn on my "ac" well one weekend in late March it was over 85° and was trying to turn on the "ac" but nothing was turning on.

I put a maintenance request and when maintenance came 2 days later on Monday the guy said you oh you don't have refrigerated air this home has a swamp cooler! I called Hilda immediately and of course she ignored my phone calls until I let Evelyn know that if I didn't get a call back I was going to withhold my rent. Hilda then called me and said that I could just move out!

I just moved last month! I am a single mom and my daughter is disabled how am I supposed move again with my 2 children in such short notice? Then yesterday the refrigerator decides to stop working and I call their "emergency " line and of course no one calls me back! Now all my food has gone bad! This is the worst property management company!

My 30 day notice was submitted to this property management company on November 1st. November 30th I turned in my keys. 45 days later I had not received my security deposit due to the owner not having conducted his inspection of the unit I lived in. I inquired about a family members security deposit as they too were waiting but in contrast theyd been waiting for 4 months, the excuse was the same and no security deposit was in sight.

Originally I had recorded the encounter and I figure they got worried about a lawsuit as my security deposit checks were ready not 3 hours later with a contractors fees for repairs stapled to them with dates 12/1/2017. Renters beware as this company is in no way at doing the management their name implies Semi interesting Update, family members opted to move back to the same apartment against my recommendation, still "managed" by this company.

Once the eviction moratoriums were up family members were asked to move out due to number of pets (understandable). I just find it hilarious that they offered to find a work around if my sister got me to take off my review from early 2018 when they messed with deposits and took them 1.5months + to get a deposit refunded. They're willing to bend rules as long as it's in their favor. Tells u a lot about their style of management. Just wanted to share so u have a better idea of how they "handle" business

Conducting business with Hiett parr & associates was very courteous and professional I would recommend doing business with this company

I have been trying for over quite a long period of time for someone to get back to me in regard to two trees that were removed from the medium in front of my house at 4525 Willow West Dr. I have paid my dues on time for 33 years to Willows Home Owners Assn. I would like for someone to let me know when they will be replaced. Many trees on the mediums on Rosinante have been removed and replaced after mine were removed. Evelyn u need to return my calls.

I am giving this company one star as of now. If they ever actually call me back I may update. I have left several messages for Evelyn over the past 3 weeks and not had one return call. This morning when I called she had a very bad attitude especially after I asked for her managers name. She transferred me instead of giving me a the name I asked for.

I have now missed my window of opportunity to move this month and will have to turn in a new 30 day notice to my current company due to Hyatt and associates not calling people back in a timely manner or at all for that matter. After reading other reviews it would seem that this company has had similar complaints of unable to get in touch with or non return calls.

Inattentive management. Took money from a security deposit without having ever seen the condition of the property, did not have move-in checklist, and denied a walkthrough upon the end of residency.

Needed some key paperwork filled out and it was immediately taken care of with out hesitation. Great response time in critical moments! Thanks again!
