We rented from Intracoastal Rentals for our family vacation in July 2020. The location of the rental was amazing however the property was already occupied, with roaches. They were so many roaches that we ended up leaving our rental after 2 days and Intracoastal didn't even refund us for our entire week. They didn't seem to worried about us having to vacate the property due to the roaches. Ended up throwing away food and other things since we had to finish out our week at a hotel that didn't have a kitchen. They need to do their due diligence to ensure the quality of the properties that they are managing. We stayed at Reeds IV 1D.

Our stay at the beach was of course.fantastic! But it does help that all aspects of our rental with Intracoastal Vacation Rentals were quickly and professionally managed. Only one recommendation, all locks leading into the facility from the beach, the pool area, the back door/loading area need to be replaced. Keys didn't work most of the time and we were all left to walk to the front main entrance or wait on the kindness of others on the inside to open the gates. May consider updating them to electronic system?

The house was very nice. There were only 2 things to mention. The cleaning crew didn't do a great job, there was old urine on the toilet, dog hair n dust everywhere, it could have been cleaned better but other than that it was a nice home and the beach was very close and accessible. If you plan on bringing a dog though plan on not being able to take them many places, dogs aren't allowed on the beach between 9am to 5pm and they aren't allowed on the boardwalk at all.

Professional and friendly agency. However our stay included an unusable bed in the master bedroom. The master bedroom had a great ocean view and balcony. Due to the number of people and beds available my pregnant wife ended up using a back bedroom with a twin bed and I lay sleepless in the master bed for our rental time. After paying $1800 for the four night rental, Intracoastal offered us a $100 refund for the inconvenience. They were professional and prompt in addressing our concern, but we feel unfair in their solution/refund for the inconvenience.

Had a wonderful week in the Bonito. Checking in was a breeze. The house was clean upon arrival and had all the amenities we needed. There was even an outdoor shower that wasn't listed in the details. The location is right in between Carolina and Kure beach so you're not too far from the Boardwalk or Fort Fisher. Although the house is about 4 blocks away (.25 mile) from the beach, the walk was pleasant.

We did have one neighbor complain about us walking on her property to the beach but that's not something Intracoastal can control. She didn't have a problem walking over on "our" property to speak her mind though. We didn't let her ruin our vacation though. Checking out was even easier; just handed in the keys and that's it! Overall, very enjoyable and pleasant vacation. Highly recommended!

Helen at Intracoastal Vacation Rentals was such a pleasure to work with. She went above and beyond to find the perfect rental for our stay in Wrightsville Beach during our daughter's graduation from UNCW. From the thorough and helpful correspondence sent prior to our arrival to the very prompt attention to a request we had after arriving, we were very pleased with Helen's & Intracoastal's professionalism. Lumina Landing is a beautiful and well appointed property.

Much gratitude to the owners for allowing renters the use of the elevator as not all beach rentals do allow that. It meant the difference of elderly grandparents being able to attend and join in the graduation celebration! Had those details not been worked out and the grandparents been faced with renting hotel rooms, they most likely wouldn't have come.

So many little details that added to a positive experience: quiet bedrooms with comfortable beds, great water pressure in showers, new high-end dishwasher, variable lighting options, state of the art tv cabinet, top floor with awesome ocean and sound side views, ample parking with the security of a garage. I only wish we could have stayed longer to have enjoyed the beach.

We rented Coaches Retreat on South Lumina at Wrightsville Beach, NC. It is a beautifully decorated and spacious cottage with porches and rockers that have beautiful views of ocean and Masonboro Inlet. The kitchen was spacious and had everything you can imagine. The deck and picnic table off the kitchen made eating outside so easy and the large dining table inside was great for a family gathering.

The family room was comfortable and beautiful! The beds were great for people with back Issues or anyone! Supportive yet not too firm! Large laundry room has full size washer and dryer. The stairs were fun but elevator made it easy to carry groceries and luggage up to kitchen and bedrooms. Two accesses to beach within a block and beach here was never crowded. Also has small private backyard with beautiful plants and palms. And a two car garage! Wonderful and beautiful home! Would love to go back there!

We have vacationed in Wrightsville Beach several times while visiting family. This was our first time at Statuon One and it was perfect! The unit was well decorated, clean, and well kept. The pool was great & there was a huge grilling area. The office staff, maintenance staff and security guards were so helpful. They responded with any concerns immediately and even contacted us to let us know that a window was down on our car. When they couldn't reach us, they covered the window with plastic. I would say that's above and beyond! We will definitely be back to Station One again!

The house was a perfect location for our family business trip! Couldn't have asked for a more perfect spot to walk to the beach, walk to a coffee shop and walk to an awesome dinner spot. The house had more than enough space for 4 different families plus children to stay and not feel smothered by each other. The kitchen was stocked, though bring a griddle if you are making lots of pancakes or french toast;) and the balconies were awesome to just sit and relax on. We loved our stay, the house, and Wrightsville Beach! Can't wait to come back :)
