Responds to fix things relatively quickly so in that regard they are pretty good. They did however leave me a flower bed full of weeds and then shortly after moving in told me it was my responsibility to clean up the mess they left. They took pictures, threatened to hire someone else and charge me for the expense, and took zero responsibility for the condition they left the landscaping in.

They even expected me to take pictures after cleaning up the mess that they left and send it to them. I'm not an unreasonable person. I cut the grass, weed eat, even spread fertilizer. It's unfortunate that they're comfortable with these business practices.

Steve Holthouse is very unprofessional. My daughter has my old number and since I didn't reply to his texts he sent "Well the common decency of a reply would have been nice! I was just trying to help you! Have a nice life!" Absolutely ridiculous. If anyone is looking for a great realtor check out Issac Stoller in Bluffton IN. His license is good for the everywhere in Indiana. Very professional and honest about the homes you are intrested in.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality Do NOT rent from them! They don't fix anything and when you get fed up and move out they charge YOU for what you were trying to get fixed all along. They charged my sister to replace a fence that was damaged by a tree that was on the neighboring property. The office staff is very rude!

Had them over me when I rented from the Winding Ridge apartments. Their servicing was there when you asked for it. And the apartments are in a peaceful and opportune location.

Adequate in most every way. I lived in their North A apartment building, the one connected to the office, for almost a year. The property was well managed, and the staff was generally friendly. I only have two complaints, the apartment in which I lived was not effectively insulated, and the baseboard heating was ineffective despite my, almost, $200 heating bill during the winter.

They also do not accept cash on weekends. So when I was moving, had my checks packed, and went to break my lease (moving for school), turn in my keys, and pay the balance on the lease with cash, I was forced to have my mother write a check on my behalf, and give her the cash instead of Lingle. I drove past recently and they seem to have a new owner, or at least changed substantially.

Despite this, the rent was exceptionally cheap ($325/month) and the apartment was huge. I wouldn't live in that building again (unless they took steps to insulate the building), but I would do business with them again.

I just bought a house on December 29th. I started out by going to a few open houses. During this time, I met about 4 different agents, who were alk nice. However, Lu Ann Jeffers was the only one to seem interested to work with me. She told me that she would be more than happy to work with me if I wasn't working with anyone else. From there she went above and beyond helping me find the right home for me. She was such a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend her to others. Thank you Lu Ann. You are an angel.

Lingle Real Estate has been a household name in Eastern Indiana for many years. My first encounter with real estate at 5 years old was touring properties with a Lingle Agent while my parents were looking for a new home! I have always experienced excellence and professionalism with all I have encountered at Lingle, especially prior to my own real estate business.

I wouldn't recommend either you call in work orders that nobody ever does. They lady in the office is very unprofessional and so is the company. Stay far away from these rentals. They want renters to fulfill their side of the lease but not them.
