Horse & Chaise Rentals

We rented a house for the month using horse and chaise. They were great to work with made the rental very easy. We loved the house and will rent again next year.

We rented through Horse and Chaise and have been very satisfied with their services. Everything was taken care of for us and we would highly recommend.

We have been using Horse and Chaise for more than 20 years. I would highly recommend them as a management company. They are efficient at informing me when repairs are needed and helpful in providing responsible vendors to remediate problems. They do a good job as a communication liaison with tenants. They have consistently found tenants, recommending market rent for both seasonal and annual renting. They have been especially good at guiding me through a long term air conditioning situation as well as repairs that required insurance claims. I would highly recommend them.

I have found Horse and Chaise to be very professional and easy to deal with. They manage the property that we rent and respond to whatever needs we have. Very good experience.

If you want a top notch property management company, that's going to care for your place like their own. Do not hesitate to look any further. This is the place where you want to be. As a new property owner it's important to have a top notch property management company oversee rentals and take care of issues when they arise. Horse and Chase is outstanding. Their staff is highly competent, responsive and professional. They did an excellent job handling my first rental. I'm very pleased to be working with them.

Had applied and paid app fee for an available property. During viewing of the property was told by agent Kelly "No other applications have been submitted. Get yours in now and you'll be first in line." After receiving notice of denied application was told someone else's credit score was better and therefore a better candidate. I have good credit! When I asked about being first in line Heather told me they don't do first come first serve.

This was misleading and I wasted 100 dollars app fee. But at least it was only 100 to learn that I don't want to do business with an unprofessional company. In response to your reply. Thank you I am not frustrated for not being selected. I am frustrated for wasting 100 app fee on a company that doesn't follow it's own policy. And apparently Lies about it.

I checked with my current property manager and her secretary informed me she is still on Christmas holiday and has not responded yet to the rental reference request. So. my app was not even fully processed before I received a denial notice. Please take notice of date. Dec 27 2021. The first business day after Christmas weekend. There is obviously good money in scamming rental app fees. Like I stated.lesson learned. Hopefully this review will help keep others from losing money with your establishment.

I highly recommend utilizing the services of Horse and Chaise if you are looking to rent a property. Kellie was incredible and provided me with all the information I needed to transition to my new home in a timely and efficient manner. I'd been a homeowner for 30 years so the rental process was new to me, but Horse and Chaise walked me through the process and provided links to access utilities and other services I would need. It was an incredible rewarding experience delivered by true professionals!

We had an excellent experience renting a seasonal condo rental through Horse & Chaise. The H&C team was always very responsive to questions. The condo was better than we expected; it was very clean and nicely furnished. The kitchen had all the utensils, etc. that we needed for our 3 months stay. The only glitch that occurred was also a win for H&C.

When we first arrived, the water was shut off. We called the service phone number that H&C provided as part of the check-in materials and a technician called back within minutes and explained where the water main was. H&C then did a follow-up to ensure our issue was addressed - very customer-oriented. We would definitely recommend renting through Horse & Chaise.

Toby MacDonald, the Owner/Broker was very professional and worked with us paying attention to every detail in real time. This was so helpful since we had a short window to find a place.
