HDC MidAtlantic

I have been trying to reach somebody at a property that I have been working with since March (two different property managers which was a mess who were both nice and helpful but just as frustrated as I was/am). I was given a July 1st move in date and I have not heard anything from the property as of today (June 29th and the worst part is I basically gave notice to the place I am currently staying).

I have called with no answer and without the ability to leave a message and I have sent several emails, so I decided to try contacting corporate which is HDC Mid-Atlantic only to get the same response all the voicemails are full to call back at another time and no response to my email. I was looking so forward to moving in (I was literally given an apartment number so I'm kind of baffled) and not being homeless.

Company just started managing local building and so far maintenance seems very responsive and is keeping residents informed thru memos. All are hoping this continues and leads up to a 5 star rating

Does anyone get help from these people or nice apartments? Ive called to speak to someone, got told to follow steps on website (as if I'm illiterate and didn't already do that) then hung up on.? So no one helps here?

I lived at Providence house for 13 years. Just before covid I have water leaking in my window on the third floor on the inside of my window ruin my pictures and a few other items this one on for over a year they keep bringing knuckleheads and try to fix it with no help. Finally I just got fed up and moved out no notice they charged me a month's rent fee for leaving without I noticed. Trying to contract property Management no help no one there who actually works I think charging me for leaving a month rent and cruel I shouldn't charge them for all the hell I want through. And I was the one cleaning up the mess.

After reaching out several times I give up. I finally got a hold of the secretary explained my situation and I was dismissed saying nowhere was accepting applications in lancaster. Suggested I should call a place didn't offer information or direction I should head towards. I don't know how they get away with claiming they help low income individuals. I could not be more in need then I am at the moment.

I live in Skyline View apartments in Reading, one of their rental properties. The place is disgustingly filthy, and swarming with roaches, bedbugs, and rodents. Local management is rude, disrespectful, unprofessional, and liars. You should be ashamed of yourselves for treating seniors this way, wait that would mean you have a conscious.
