Should you not be interested in boating or swimming just sitting in the sun or shade viewing the water is a fascinating way of life. Nothing entertains children more than being active in the water either swimming, surfing, or boating.
RESERVATIONS: Will be Confirmed With a 50% Deposit Of All Monies Due Within Seveb (7) days of the lease being written and mailed to the tenant. My family and I have rented from Cindy and Matt of Hudgins Real Estate for many years. They are highly responsive to any issues that may arise and work to make our stay as pleasant as possible. They go above and beyond. Highly recommend. Once again, we rented our summer condo in the resort area of Virginia Beach for summer 2019 from Hudgins Real Estate, and once again Matt and Cindy provided top notch service to us over the 5 weeks of our rental. Understandable that wear and tear type problems sometimes come up with the unit, this year there was a plumbing problem and a malfunctioning door that Matt and Cindy quickly resolved.
They do all they can to be responsive to our needs, and over the years we have relied on them for local referrals for medical/vet services and the like. They always go above and beyond. Thank you Matt and Cindy!

Can't say enough nice things about Matt & Cindy. We recently had the opportunity to work with them while looking for a rental while we were displaced from our home for renovations. They both were amazing. They went above and beyond to accommodate us during this hectic time in our life. They made us feel like family! I would definitely refer them to friends and turn to them again in the future if ever in need of a rental. They were extremely professional and showed true care for their clients!

Worst rental experience I have ever had in my life! I rented through them for the winter after selling my home (preparing to PCS). There was an odd circumstance with the extreme cold freezing the pipes and the heat going out. This led to being in a hotel for a week where they tried initially to put me in a hotel known for being unclean, riddled with crime and drug use.
The hotel also wasn't dog friendly (he was included in our lease). I got a room at the Marriott and they agreed to pay for the room and not the pet fee. I was told to leave my dog in the apartment that was less than 40 DEGREES! Eventually I was able to get half of the pet fee months later working directly with the owner. With the heat being out a pipe burst in the home and I tried to call them all night and the next morning they finally returned my call.
The kitchen was completely unusable and later had to be completely gutted. This was the major problem we had with them and they were terrible in handling it. There were other problems we had that were also a pain to have remedied. I would NEVER recommend them to anyone. I had to resort to working with the owner directly on the issues and it's the only way things were accomplished.
I cant believe they stay in business at all, they are terrible to work with. I hope people read this and stay away. We read the reviews and dismissed them as the people who had negative things to say must be the minority and the majority just didn't write reviews. DO NOT USE THEM!

Dirty property. Spent first few hours of vacation cleaning. 5 minutes in the door tenant below banging on the ceiling which didnt stop for 3 days until we booked another hotel. Kids were afraid to walk and play. Hudgins wouldnt do anything. Said NO ONE had ever complained about unclean condo or unruly tenant below. Not to mention people sitting outside drinking and smoking talking about just getting out of jail and drugs. Hudgins refused to help with the matters or refund any money. Never again.
