I wish I still rented from there but sudden medical issues (Primary Progressive MS) put an end to that My work hours were very odd and yet if I had any questions or issues they were right on top of rectifying any problems. The week I was moving in the hot water heater erupted and decided to empty out all over the floors. With no questions the heater was replaced within hours.

It was quiet, the on-site laundry was REAL expensive for teeny machines, it was my work schedule so I never saw any of the amenities like pool, tennis courts, basketball etc. Garbage collection was fantastic with the dumpsters placed all over the property. Great grounds keeping that was on top of things including snow plowing.

We absolutely love our new apartment in Rhinebeck. The neighbors are super friendly and the premises is always neat and clean. The maintenance staff are wonderful, respond quickly and do a great job! The office staff have been extremely nice and accommodating as well.

Just moved into the Village Green in Rhinebeck two weeks ago. Michelle Rivas in the office has been very helpful and I could not ask for more from them. The maintenance people at the site are friendly and quick to respond to any questions. My apartment was just redone and it is beautiful! Everything is new and it has vinyl flooring throughout. Very good looking and easy to care for.

My appliances are all new and work great. The view from my porch and dining area window are of a nice wooded area. The big windows let in lots of light and the rooms are spacious. I have lived in Rhinebeck all my life except for the past two years. My living experience in Rhinebeck up to now has only ever been in houses so apartment living is a new one for me. Thank you Village Green for making the experience a good one.

After 6 months this is what we've experienced: Office: Professional attention to our emails. Maintenance team: Cordial and thorough in delivering service. Site condition: superior to other sites in area. Well maintained. Unfortunately smoker's smell filters through to our apt regularly. Air cleaner mitigates lingering smells partially.

Lack communication with tenants. If you have a concern or a question, expect to receive 1+ voicemails and have to follow up. Or they may even not call you and share your information with someone they think is you - privacy invasion. They need to fix their internal communication as well. Only positive is that apartment is good and maintenance staff is nice (and works hard).

Welp I'm moving again. Hudson View park apartments can suck it. Young adults beware. Not only have I had repeated maintenance visits both needed and non without any improvements but the entire property has been in an almost continuous state of construction this entire year. And oh my hot water heater is still broken after 5 visits and two weeks. Now they're forcibly vacating me over a misunderstanding about renewal. If you or anyone you know is thinking about renting from any of their properties don't bother. 0 stars. Overpriced, uncaring and poorly managed.

I've lived in the complex for over 3 years now and have enjoyed it. The office staff is quite nice, maintenance crew does a great job. They care about how the community looks. Cable TV, internet, water, gas, garbage is all included in rent along with a swimming pool in the summer, basketball court, and tennis court. You can also reserve bbq grills for parties.

The apartments are relatively quiet unless you have heavy footed neighbors above you or loud neighbors next to you. Besides that, all units have patios and a good amount of sunlight. The company was amazing when hurricane Irene came through and some units were flooded. The staff immediately came in, helped move furniture, sucked up the water and put fans in to dry the carpet.

They paid for all new carpet and cleanup including new drywall. There is recycling on site and plenty of garbage bins. Parking is free, uncovered and usually plenty. Snow removal is fast once the snow has stopped but it's your responsibility to listen for the plows to get the spots cleaned. Overall, I love the area and the proximity to freeway, metro north and main street.
