This is the second time this place has messed up my reservations to rent out a club house. They didn't confirm any of my information and magically my date got moved to a date I would have never confirmed!? last time they messed up they blamed it on a new person. This time they said someone booked my date online. What does that have to do with their mess up? This is not that difficult. Enjoy the hot mess of this place.

Good people, very professional and responsive, especially Brandon, our property Manager. Works to assure the community needs are met in a friendly and timely way. Very reasonable to work with, and helpful when asked for assistance. Their homeowner login and online portal is also excellent; it's nice to have a method to submit service requests, contact other homeowners, learn about community events, and as a repository for HOA documents, bylaws, and BOD meeting agendas and minutes.

Let me start by saying that their condo dues are the most expensive that I've heard of. When I first bought my condo, the dues were $385 and I couldn't figure out why they were so high. We don't have a pool, or any extra amenities that would warrant such high condo dues. Recently, they increased the dues to $390 and again, I cannot figure out why. I wasn't even notified of this increase, they just took it out. I seriously feel like they are getting over on us and it's sad.

This is a Horrible Company to have to Deal with. They are Racist and display this quality quite prominently. My Condominium (Cherrywood) Has Danielle Aderhold as our contact person and she always has an less than Favorable attitude and is Never in Fair Mood. I have called the office to complain several times about her and others but nothing is ever done. Coupled with the fact that Danielle Aderhold doesn't return calls regarding the most serious of situations. Don't use Hunt Management for your property needs.

Royal Garden Complex was the worst place I ever lived at specifically 5700. The building is old, outdated spider infested and molded with weak foundation. The onsite suppose to be caretaker Andrew who resides in the next building is rude, sneaky, lazy and very much nosey STAY CLEAR from him. Andrew lives in the next building over from 5700 and lives rent free for being the on-site caretaker. Andrew will find every reason to come in your unit to be nosey. Andrew has nothing else to do but try to be in people business because he sits in his rent free apartment and collects SSI for a suppose to be back problems. Andrew needs to be reported to SSI due to the facts of having the visible abilities to push metal garbage bins around, wash trucks and cars bending and twisting just fine, move furniture in and out units, shovel snow paths etc.

I lived in my apartment for two and half years and it was pure hell. My car had new scratches on it every week. The maintenance guy for Hunt Management is also lazy and nosey and doesn't know what he is doing but will talk your ear off for irrelevant reasons. The neighbors in 5700 building are prejudice, nosey and very sneaky especially the CORONAS.

The Coronas are old, mean people that will scare the life out of you ONLY because they both look like the Walking Dead characters. I only gave this review two stars because of the only person who has deceit sense, Dee the association president. If you are looking for a peaceful deceit place to live do not live in building 5700 it will be your worst nightmare. You've been warned!

Our rep Brandon is very responsive and keeps us informed of contractors activities scheduled. Very receptive to hearing questions/concerns and follows up. Today left a voicemail and got call back in less than a minute! Our condo community is kept in beautiful condition, and any maintenance issues for me have been addressed within 24 hours.

Brandon Grosz our main contact for Hickorywood Condos has been great to work with. When our unit needed A/C replacement, he was timely in responding and was helpful in providing a referral for the drywall. We have another unit (Park Shore) that is managed by Hunt, and our experience hasn't always been positive. It was great working with Brandon. THANK YOU!

I never write reviews, but honestly dealing with this management company was the worst experience of my life. They raise their fees every year and do absolutely nothing for the home owners and their rules are outrageous. I lived near people who were apart of the board of the association and all they did was monitor everything. My first home owning experience turned into a nightmare because of hunt management. Conversations with them get you absolutely no where. They are a joke to say the least.

Without a doubt the worst management company in Milwaukee. They will take every last penny from their renters or owners in order to maintain their 1970s buildings. During a global pandemic they even charged us move in and out fees for our renters. I would avoid any building managed by Hunt unless you really love paying a premium for outdated decor, workout rooms that consist of a broken treadmill and a few weights and a "communal room" that has yellowing books from the 1970s and goodwill furniture. I wouldn't wish their buildings on my worst enemy.

Rude. Unresponsive. Ignore calls and fail to return any even after promising to do so. How in the world this is a 'management' company is beyond me. Absolutely unbelievable. Wish I never had to deal with these people ever again.

Absolute crap company. They have no problem taking your money, but if you need something from them, don't hold your breath. I had two instances that should have been in their realm, and they refused to help in either case. I had water coming through my basement drain, and after having it snakes past the required 150ft, proving it wasn't my fault, I called them only to be told it was still my problem.

Later the issue was quietly fixed without my knowledge. The second time I had bees IN MY WALLS coming from outside, while it technically fell under their jurisdiction as per my condo association guidelines, they flat out refused. And when I threatened a lawsuit if injury occurred for either my wife or 8 year old son, the manager, Todd simply said "go ahead". They also hire sub par contractors for snow removal, which requires myself or my wife to do most snow removal ourselves.

As absentee owners (we live in Michigan and own a condo at Landmark on the Lake in Milwaukee) we couldn't be more impressed with the service and attention that Tiffany and Stephanie give to us. Tiffany runs an amazing operation and Stephanie helped us find excellent tenants for our unit. My husband and I feel extremely fortunate to have purchased our future home in a building that is managed by Hunt Management.

Since hiring Hunt last year, their team has taken so much pressure and stress off of our BOD! In that short amount of time they've totally turned our condo property around for the Better. I'm not understanding the negative reviews as we continue to be impressed by their organization and promptness to every issue. I've been on our board of directors for many yrs and have seen mgmt companies come and go many times.

In our opinion, there's really no competition. Hunt exceeds all other local mgmt companies by far. We are extremely happy with them! I know I speak for all our board members when I say, thank you Hunt Mgmt. we love you!

Rather than send a stock letter for a simple violation they added extremely rude and discriminatory language. It was a 1st notice too. A simple reminder would have been appropriate, but they had to jerks. Jokes in them bc i have proof, in print of their discrimination. Sent a copy to a local city official, posted on social media, sent to my attorney and filed a complaint with HUD

Hunt Management for Tim OBrien homes is a JOKE! I pay a boat load of money for the home, $300 a year for fitness center, and apparently they are SO PETTY to ask for $10 for a second key to the stupid thing. Seriously, gimme it back n suffer loss of business.

I had to give them one star because I can't rate them a negative ten. You would be better off to burn your money then to use this company. At least then you could see what happened to your hard earned cash! This company is bar none the worst ever. You will never get what you want or need, forget about what you pay for. A deaf monkey would accomplish more and be easier to work with. Do not use this company ever!
