Hutchings Carrier

I've heard great things about Joel Hutchings, but unfortunately, that is not who I worked with. I found Bill Carrier to be unprofessional and borderline inappropriate in his emails, where he would disclose (what seemed to be private) information about the seller that majorly compromised the deal. After doing this, instead of apologizing, he continued sending scathing emails that seemed to be meant to intimidate or incite anger. Absolutely would NOT recommend working with Bill in any way, as it seems like he has difficulty performing under pressure.

I was a buyer involved in a commercial real estate transaction with Bill Carrier, who was the agent for the seller. I experienced Bill as extremely unprofessional and very poor in his judgment and tact when communicating on behalf of his client. There was a heat/air issue that popped up between contract signing and closing, and unbeknownst to his client, Bill Carrier sent an email with the opener "I am afraid we are close to losing the sale contract." Two days later his client sent us an email privately, asking for all future communications to take place directly without any realtors involved. When there are so many realtors out there to choose from, save yourself some trouble and find one that won't compromise your sale.

If you are looking to do business with this commercial real estate management firm, you should know that you are dealing with top notch and most professional people you could find anywhere. They are exact opposite of what you would expect from a landlord. I have been doing business with Joel hutchings since 1990 and I can tell you without any hesitation he is the best landlord you could possibly hope to do business with.

He cares about his tenants and is very easy to work with. If you are thinking of doing business with Joel or his company, you are making the right decision. They are pros from start to finish. You will not go wrong.
