To refer to the same review from a customer earlier: I don't want to have any dealing with this owner anymore. Money is the only thing that she is after and she won't hesitate to screw you left and right to get a few more dollar out of your pocket - charge people different rates for playing, cancel class and refuse to refund, overpriced shoes and equipment, poorly maintained facility. Terrible!

The customer service is worse, you pay $15 and don't get the opportunity to play much! Because they take everyone! And you play one game and they ask you to sit down so other people can play. I don't go there any more and I DOMT RECOMMEND AT ALL

Poor customer service. They are not even ready to pay attention to what the customer wants. Besides they were very rude over the call and hung up the call without answering the queries. Besides the place is so expensive with poor service quality. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone.

A few courts were busy doing training during peak hours. We paid, we waited 20 minutes for a court but we didn't get to play because we were two adults and wanted to play singles. Please don't forget badminton is not exactly everyone's game, we cant find another couples to play with us. Imagine you waited 20 minutes for a court finally your turn and some kids parent kick you off the court because his three children (6 to 8 years olds) wanted to do "training/practice". I am not going to fight with children, but the experience was not pleasant at all.

Court conditions are good, but owners are cheap (in the summer the AC is not very powerful and it gets pretty hot, which makes it uncomfortable to play) and membership prices are pretty expensive and they don't give decent prizes when they host tournaments. I only go there because it's the closest place I can play and that my friends play there. Otherwise I don't really recommend this place.

They never replaced my gold medal I earned in the December 2015 tournament, which got lost somehow, and I won 2 first places, which the prizes were 2 shirts for the same color and format.

First it's expensive. $15 a pop and there is a limitation on the number of courts so its not worth it. There are 6 courts. Of these 2 are always occupied by the classes taught by them. So that leaves 4. During the weekend they are totally occupied ALL the time. They have a 20 mins rotation, but the guy sitting at the front desk doesn't enforce. He takes your money but he doesn't care after that. I went up to him twice to complain and he pretended to be busy. The place could be cleaned up a bit. Best Advice: Don't go to the bathroom there. It's nasty.

This place doesn't even deserve 1 star.don't even give it a thought to come to this place. It's pretty expensive and the owners/managers are the worst people.nickel and dime you. Simply don't know how to do business.very very rude, impolite and no love and trust relationship with the customers. No makeup classes.in fact they are also close if Edison schools are closed for reasons like teachers convention which has nothing to do with them. Spent almost $1600 for 3 months for 2 of my kids.totally not worth it. This place SUCKS!
