Full of crooks. When moving out of a rental property, they tried withholding thousands of dollars of our security deposit claiming damages that were nonexistent, yard work that we had done before moving out, and had us pay to remove things that had been left in the garage by tenants before we moved in (not our stuff to throw away). They were trying to keep the money to make improvements to the property.
