They don't get back to you and keep you hanging about the rentals. You can't get in touch with a live person unless you view the properties. They do have a great selection of properties for rent.

Terrible service from everyone. Towed my car with no warning even though I pay for a spot. Zero willingness to help resolve the situation. Daisy in the office is soulless and unhelpful. Owner Jeff is aloof and useless. If you can avoid renting from this place, save yourself the hassle.

Went and looked at a house with the guy showing It, I was very interested and was told no one really looked at the house and to get an application in ASAP because it took 7-10 days to get approved. I go home and fill out an application online for me and my husband and the next day that house went off the market. Why are you showing houses when their are approved applicants lined up? $80 washed away or so I said I'll just wait for another house I like.weeks and weeks to by and I NEVER heard from them about an approval or denial. I've emailed, texted and called and left voicemails with them and not one person has called me back.

So they showed me a house that was being rented by someone else, basically bribed me into putting in an app, took $80 out of my account for application fees and still have not heard a thing and this was in the beginning of March. Pathetic property management company. Highly do not recommend.

Me and my husband both paid 40$ To process an application for a house no one has contacted us or emailed us back regarding this application i called the number that is listed it just goes to an automated voicemail they haven't returned my calls at all left several messages now I'm reading the reviews and it seems that way with a lot of people this is crazy

I lived in the Corunna road apartment # 4 for 1 year. In that year I dealt with raccoons living in the walls, among other things. When I first moved in there was a trap on the roof which had never been set or baited the entire time that I lived there. It was used as more of a display than to actually trap anything. My first complaint about the raccoons I was told that there had been an exterminator that did nothing and they had fired that exterminator and were looking for someone new.

Later when I complained about the raccoons again I was told that the exterminator had gotten mad at ipm and took back their trap. Before the exterminator "took back their trap" I was told that they had been out to the apartment and did not see any signs of raccoons. I told the maintenance person I had been communicating with, Sunny, that I had videos and I could prove that there had been raccoons in the building.

That is when I was told the exterminator took back their trap. After this my dad put out a trap and caught a raccoon within a few days. Clearly innovative property management doesn't care about their tenants or their property investment. They never put any real effort into solving this issue that I was told they've had for 2 years now. Although the location was nice I'm glad I was able to get out when I did.

I leased a home from IPM about 5 yrs ago in Grand Blanc. They were very easy to deal with and they have the move in / move out process streamlined. Great company!

My experience has been good! I would give a 5 but the journey continues, lol, it's not innovative properties fault but when the place I'm renting for $825 has no cable service because someone who did the flooring cut the cable wires, how thoughtful or thoughtless, it would seem it was a rush job to get the property rented rather than the tenants sanity well I'm not supposed to mention her name but sunny saved the day again, don't do it!

This place is a straight up joke takes 10 calls to get a response and the response is negative I was told it'd take a week and 3 days max to review my app now it's been 2 weeks and I can only get ahold of one person after 10 calls just to be told that there still working on it is there only one person who works here? I believe I have. Been scammed for my time I would not recommend these renters what so ever.

I rented threw IPM for over 3 yrs now. I went up north for Thanksgiving dinner with my family.when I got back home my house floated with sewer and ruined the furnace which wasn't there fault.but when I told them I had a 3 month old baby, 2 yr old daughter and my 11 yr old son staying in the house all they offered me was space heaters of 2 day with sewer in the house still in the basement coming up.

I even paid my rent a month earlier in November for December.so I moved out. I've had better landlord that owned there homes personally who wouldn't let me and my kids sit in a house like that for 2 day.im not Impressed.also no one even offered to come out to paint the basement which still smell like sewer even after I dumped 20 gallons of cleaner in and sprayed out multiple times.so I took my kids and move out.

I will be returning the keys today!.the only thing I can say that they did do was good was put a furnace back in the house in 2 days.or I would be giving them zero stars.hope yell don't try taking me to court.this is inhumane.

My husband and I started renting the home we live in in the beginning of this year (Feb. 2020) and its been amazing despite covid hitting everyone very hard. IPM (especially April) has been so understanding and AMAZING through everything. I would 100% recommend this company to anyone.

Renters beware. They have a house on decamp in burton that has been vacant for 3 months that i know of. It took them 6 weeks for any kind of a response and then it was a negative response. Dont know why it was a negative response because I've been waiting for 2 weeks for a letter telling me why. I think in my opinion the house on Decamp is just there to collect application fees. This is just my opinion. But beware.

Man, i have never had such difficulties in getting a hold of someone. I am looking to buy a home. I have several people lined up to take over my lease, but the office, April the lady have been emailing, takes days to respond. I have asked them to call me several times. If we get this resolved by May then I am willing to change this review.

I have lived in my house that I rent thru IPM for almost 5 years. I have nothing but great things to say about them. They were so very helpful in finding my place because this wasn't even the house I had set up an appointment for. But based on what I was looking for they had pulled a couple other places in case I didn't like the first one.

And thank goodness they did because the 3rd house is the one I'm in now and i couldn't be happier! Anytime I've needed to call the office for anything they are wonderful about either helping me or getting right back to me if they couldn't answer right away. About a year in I had issues with the upstairs renters and the office was so great about taking my issues seriously and resolving them.

Never once did any of my concerns go by the wayside. They are also great about any maintenance issues I have had. My issues have always been taken care of same day or if it was late the next day. And they didn't just quick fix. They did it right and made sure it was to my satisfaction. I can't imagine any other company being as great as IPM is. Anyone who's looking to rent should go here first. You'll be pleasantly surprised at how easy they make it!

This place is Fantastic! Best place to rent from they are so nice and easy going! Our apartment was awesome never had any issues they are available for questions Maintence personnel are so great knowledgeable and helpful! I rented from them for a year and I loved everything about it Amazing Staff! The best!

I have had the pleasure of working with Innovative Property Management for about 6 years or so. They are very professional, caring and the best property management group I have ever known. They keep me abreast of my properties and they have more patience than any professional I have ever seen. I have been in the corporate arena for over 20 years, and never dealt with a more competent staff. Jenny is so concerned about giving you A+ Service, and Char is simply the best at what she does. They are always upbeat while displaying an honest demeanor. They will go out of their way to deliver the best customer service to their clients. Way to go "IPM".

Simply put, the best property management company out there. Before I purchased real estate in Flint, I did my research to find the best fit. Since I am an out-of-state investor (I live in CA), I needed someone I could trust, Sandra Dell fits that perfectly. Before I even signed the paperwork to IPM to begin managing my properties, they went checked out the properties (I bought 3) for me.

This was my first time buying real estate and they made me feel very comfortable. I never physically saw the properties, and IPM got back to me that these houses were unrentable. Most other companies out there would just take your money. I am super glad that they had the professionalism to tell me this upfront. They did not want me to make a bad investment. IPM quickly responded to my concerns, and even though they knew I would not end up using their services for property (I managed to get refunds on all 3 of my properties), they still sent me pictures of the properties.

I highly recommend any investor (in state or out of state), experienced or first timers, to use IPM for property management. They went above and beyond, and have excellent customer service.
