The Insalaco Family has been known as established entrepreneurs since the Insalaco brothers (Michael, Sandy, Leonard, and Vince) founded Insalaco's Supermarkets in 1947. This grocery store operation expanded over 14 locations, employed 1,500 employees, and was in business for over 45 years until it was sold in 1993.
As a Broker, I just wanted to thank you for your efforts in getting this Lease done! I was at the office today, and The Tenants absolutely love it, and was amazed at how quickly it got finished, and how good the quality was. RIP OFF ALERT! Go to any other Real Estate Group but this one, my initial visit for a commercial property went ok, then the cost, fees and contract specifics, depending on who I spoke to, was way off, No way will I buy a business and have to put in $20,000 immediately or more to fix up a haywired and hazardous Property, the owner "Mr. Sandy", was rude and nasty when I questioned him on anything, I am a business owner and do not care for being talked down to by anyone! and his office personnel, well she was just as nasty, must be related, Shady business NEVER Again!
