Integrity is in the name! Despite my having a lot of specific needs for a location and timeline, the employees worked with me to find the perfect place--and in a crazy and competitive market, no less! Several other places around town charged me application fees and then lost my number, never to be heard from again. The folks at Integrity not only kept in touch with me, but had excellent communication, flexibility, and follow-up throughout the process. I really could not have been helped more! Thank you, Integrity!

Friendly and helpful employees but I absurdly have to drive an hour round trip to deliver my rent in the form of a check.get with the times and let me do a direct deposit without charging me!

I am a homeowner and MT native. I rented from Integrity Property Mgmt. Ragnar and the team helped my children and I get into a place last minute in Whitefish in the beginning of summer when we were displaced from our home. They got back to me immediately with any questions or concerns. The condo I rented was spotless when I moved in and a great fit for me and my family.

Upon moving out I was given my full deposit back for leaving the property in the condition it was in when I moved out. Everything was done quickly and professionally. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of a rental or a property management company.

Me and my family lived in our apartments for the past 6 years. The first 3 years were amazing, Sue was a fantastic land lord, she was always available and very quick to respond to any issues. Then 3 years or so ago Integrity Property Management took over and started managing all of the apartments. Since Integrity took over everything changed, rent went up consistently every year, they were regularly unavailable to talk to, and if you had any issues with appliances or anything in the unit they would take forever to respond.

My wife and I ended up repairing most of the issues that we encountered ourselves because it was next to impossible to get someone out through Integrity. There was one instance where we locked ourselves out of out apartment and they told us it would cost $85 just to have them run the key out to us. We moved out of our place about 2 months ago, and it was a process with Integrity.

The week we moved out, we couldn't get in touch with Integrity to get someone out to do a walk through with us. We kept our place very clean, we even had the carpets cleaned regularly. When we moved out we had out carpets professionally cleaned, and spent days and countless man hours cleaning the apartment, bleaching and gutting all of the bathrooms, bedrooms, closets, kitchen and hallway.

We felt as though we had left it in a better condition than when we moved in. So we were certain that we would get our security deposit back. We waited a month, nothing in the mail. I had to call several times for them to send us our security deposit. And when we finally got it, we were shocked! Integrity charged us $200 to have the carpets cleaned, which we had already paid for, $200 for miscellaneous cleaning, which we had already done, and $300 in "repairs".

And the repairs were ridiculous. Integrity replaced all of the screens in the windows, on our dime, they replaced several smoke detectors, on out dime, they replaced one vertical bind, not the whole assembly. just the blind, for $40. and there are several more small things they charged us for totaling $700 in "repairs and cleaning". Integrity basically upgraded the entire unit on our dime. So if you're looking to move into an apartment complex with a good management company, AVOID INTEGRITY PROPERTY MANAGEMENT!

I have rented two properties with Integrity Property Management and I have had a wonderful experience both times. They are professional, responsive and personable. I highly recommend working with them.

Everyone that works here is awesome and very professional. We've been renting from them for almost 2 years and have never had a problem. Multiple things have worn out and needed replaced or worked on and they never hesitated to fix them right away. I've always heard horror stories about renting from property management compared to private owners but I have been very impressed with Integrity so far, they definitely live up to their name.

Awesome people! Rented from Jess and Matt for a couple years and they have always been fair, understanding, and friendly. Alot of rental companies anymore are just there for the money and no consideration for you, so it's great to finally see a company who places you first. Integrity has its name for a reason!

Had an awesome experience with Integrity Property Management! The apartment was clean and ready for me on move in day. Every room was very spacious, and a full walk in closet. Loved the storage off the deck as well. My neighbors were very friendly and I have zero complaints about noise. The staff was also very understanding and responded fast to any questions.

These guys could not have chosen a more appropriate name for what they do. From our first interactions, Jessica and Matt were so helpful and responsive! Most property management companies I've dealt with (rented from or as a manager myself) treat tenants less like real people and more like a unit number. I will continue to recommend everyone at Integrity Property Management to anyone I know looking for a rental. If I end up with my own place to rent out down the road, these are the guys I'd call first to manage it. Simply wonderful!

I rented from them for 2 years. Jessica and Matt are awesome to work with. They got me into a place quickly. They are great people to work with along the way. I had no hassles with them at all. If I had any issues at all they always fixed them quickly. They are such amazing people to work with that I definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a place to live. If you get a chance to rent from them take it you will not be disappointed. The are the best.
