I've worked in a plaza these people own for three years now. They cheaply fill in the pot holes so they return basically instantly, never paint the lines so everthing is dull and hard to see, last year they had such poor maintenance a sign broke down and fell on random shoppers cars, and have exceptionally rude management that seems to only care about looking "professional", constantly complain to plaza workers that they do not have any rank over and act unresponsible for the poor conditions of their own preperty. Black ceiling tiles inside, trash outside, it's great. Embarrasing honestly I wouldn't recommend leasing from these people unless you want your company to look trashy.

I'm sure they're great if you're a building owner looking for someone to handle your building and lease. But if you're a customer searching for a space to lease, they aren't extremely helpful. It would be best to have a real estate agent speak to them for you. With me, they were curt and unhelpful. They were hard to reach and not exceptional at returning calls.

I found this company to have exceptional customer service, especially Al Isaac, the principal, and John Miller, Assistant Vice President. Mr. Miller was our primary point of contact and he was quick to respond and always had answers for us. Totally professional and experienced right down to the support staff and receptionists. I would recommend doing business with this company because they are knowledgeable and very easy to get along with. Corporate mentality comes from the CEO down and this is a great company!
