With over 25 years of financial and management experience, Steve oversees the accounting department at Island Management. Nikki assumes the duties Human Resources, Accounts Payable and all financial information and reporting for the corporation. Susan brings many years of accounting experience to the company.

If I could give a - I would. I've been harassed since day one by " Mike" a HOA member( never showed us any identification) I have a service dog and that seems to be the whole issue. Mike will stop by in the middle of the night to bang on our door, screaming you're done, and threaten us. When had the nerve to say" you thought you pulled something off making him a service dog (even though I had the paperwork before we had the dog), but we aren't done".

Absolutely terrified to leave my house, fearing this man is lurking outside my home. Is this how the HOA conducts themselves? Even the manager said this was a matter for the police and completely inappropriate. I've never had the displeasure of living in such a poorly run neighborhood. Absolutely appalled by the discrimination against my disability.

I have been in the management business for decades myself in Wisconsin and dealt with many management companies for 20+ years and I think Island Management is great.nice to talk to on the phone and responsive to requests. As with all reviews it seems like there are lots of negative ones.but human nature being what it is we only review when we are mad. I have had positive experiences with Island Management. Hopefully more people who have positive experiences should take the time to do a review as well.

After dealing with this management company for about year now and being constantly reminded that I do not have a voice or deserve the respect from the staff because I am a tenant, I truly did not think it could get any worse. I went into the office today to get a new card key to get through the gate and instead of being treated like an equal walking through the door, the first question I received was "are you an owner or a tenant?".

After responding that I am currently a tenant the receptionist abruptly scoffed at me and went into the other room to verify she could even give me a pass because I am JUST. Before handing me the new pass, she very rudely stated my name was not on the gate and she had to verify I was even allowed to be living there. IF she would have simply just asked me I would have politely told her that I signed with my boyfriend and my name is on the lease as well.

She chose to assume that I was in the wrong and treated me as so. If that wasn't bad enough, I made the unfortunate mistake of trying to ask another question about parking passes which was made twice as difficult as she would not let me complete a sentence before talking over me to answer what she thought I was going to ask. I could not get out of that office fast enough.

Truly disappointing to be treated with such little respect only because the sticker on my car doesn't say resident. A word to the wise, if you need to visit this office for any reason be prepared to walk out feeling like you are worthless.

I have lived and dealt with many management companies, and not one of them treated me as horrible as this company does. They are impossible to get in contact with. I sent them numerous emails regarding issues that had come up at the property they were in control of managing. All I got back in email form was pure unprofessional attitude. In the end I was told because I am not an owner they will not discuss issues with me (I rent year round, and never miss a payment).

In order for them to address my issues I would need to tell my landlord and they could relay the message to them. I would do all to avoid hiring on this management company for any properties I own. On top of all that with a 2.3/5 star rating for the company and a 2.9/5 star rating for Bellamar at Beachwalk (who they manage) I don't know how you could say. "yes lets hire them!"

Absolute Nazis. Rented a condo here for a month a a half, made us take our company signs off, gave us the wrong parking pass and then towed our truck for it. The office staff is insanely rude, non caring and jerks. You truly cannot imagine the level of unprofessionalism here. PLEASE SPARE YOURSELF THE MISERY OF USING THIS COMPANY.

Truly the scum of the Earth. I called to question a practice and shortly thereafter my car was towed. Why? Not because I was parked in the wrong place, but because the paper hangtag they issue had fallen onto my passenger side seat. I was singled out after being threatened by Ashley one of the employees there, when I called and emailed the owner Steve he only backed her up.

I now wait up every night until after 2am watching my car to make sure it isn't towed again. They are truly evil people, with unethical and shady business practices. If you are tempted to rent or buy in one of the properties they've conned their way into managing, run, don't walk. Eventually karma will catch up to them, but for now they are abusing and harrassing tenants left and right.
