My unit was sold 5 months ago and this have taken from my bank account all my money!

JMD Properties is knowledgeable and responsive. I have had a great experience working with Maya Dagher, she is both professional and courteous. If you are looking for a hands on management company I would definitely recommend.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value Board members are very rude and inconsiderate. If you unload something from your car and park it in front of your door for 10 minutes you will get multiple complaints. This building is gross and a lot of bugs! Also the property manager can get lost. Handy man is even worse. Lazy people!

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value Very bad, appliances don't work, showers are only working sometimes, very VERY cranky old neighbors who will complain about parking when unloading something for 3 minutes in front of your door. Very sad the way this place is ran.

Bad and incompetent. I own many properties across the county and abroad, however Michael Mlayess is the worst property manager I ever had to deal with. No clue whatsoever, lazy, arrogant, unhelpful and just annoying.

Horrible. when ou change gate code -you need to let people know about it! Not keep this is in your secret! or at your never on the property manager should tell to people! Manager of the property never in the office.! Gates of the property are open for any outsider! Car washing free for anybody! Supervisor on the side always does somewhere else when construction trucks wash their cars! I bet that units owners pay the bills for this free car wash for outsiders!

Best building manager in the Delray area. If JMD manages the building, you can be sure that it's very well maintained.
