The online Owner Portal streamlines communication, protects your investment, and helps you maximize the value of your properties. Make and receive payments from the mobile-friendly Online Portal. Directly send funds for owner contributions, including emergency maintenance repairs, renovations, or reserves via eCheck or Debit Card.
We encourage residents to activate their Resident Portal. This portal allows you to schedule, pay, and track payments online. You can also submit routine property requests to us online. In a property emergency, where resident safety or property may be at risk, please contact us immediately. We encourage our residents to be good neighbors and to respect the properties they lease. We also appreciate referrals so if you know of someone who may be interested in renting in San Francisco, please contact us.
Should there be any questions please e-mail us at info@jacksongroup.net. Date of Move-Out As per your Rental Tenancy Agreement this date MUST be at least 30 days from todays date. You are responsible for all rent up to the date of your move-out. Forwarding Address (Your Security Deposit Refund & Disposition will be mailed to the address you provide here within 21 days following your Move-Out date provided above.)

Ive had the pleasure of working with Austin at JGPM who was incredibly transparent, quick to communicate, helpful, professional, and kind. My landlord just changed property management groups and I still wish I was working with JGPM.

Jackson Lee is a very rude property manager. Here's why: 1. We had problems with the person who lived underneath us. The previous manager for our place came, had a sit down with both of us and sorted the issue. Then he left after a few months and Jackson came, who immediately assumed that we were to blame. So much so that when the guy who lived beneath us came raging at us in the middle of the night banging on our windows, Jackson still assumed we were to blame and told us on the phone, that we were in the wrong. 2. Getting him on the phone is a pain.

Clearly condescending, rude and with zero concerns towards handling prospective residents' issues. 3. We had emails with photographs of things that were broken when we moved in. He still charged us for the fix out of the security deposit, even when we resent him the email.
