Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value I'm a disabled senior, and tenant of South Park Apartments since July of 2017 to current date - An American California Property Management residence. I will be updating my review regularly. I've experienced physical/mental, and monetary hardship in my tenancy of 4.6 years at this location.

Been living in palm gate apartments for several years now and it was great on the beginning. Now it's a disaster. The new manager is incredibly rude. I have never complained about anything in this apartment complex but when ever there is an issue he yells at me and cuts me off every time. Called ACP management to file a complaint and the receptionist told me to leave a message. It's been over two weeks and no call back. Not the same as it was before. Only good thing they have is cheap rent, you get what you pay for.

I really dont even know where to start, I have been trying for over a month to get a hold of the regional manager Jennifer, i have left her numerous voicemails and it very unbelievable that in a month she hasn't even been able to call back or acknowledge that she has received my voicemails. Same issue when I try to get a hold of Claudia the office manager same circle.

After a month I call the operator answers refuses to give me her when i nicely asked for it. she tells me that jennifer is out of the office but she can transfer me to her voicemail i rudely say iv been leaving her voicemails for a month now and instead of letting me finish my statement where i intent to tell her to please transfer me to someone else who can help she asked me to hold and left me on hold for over 10 min with no explanation on why she was doing so, so I finally gave up and hung up. not only that i have given my property manager multiple doctor letters stating how my health is being affected my the carpet on my unit and they have refused to change it because according to this corporate getting my carpet change is a luxury and not an accommodation even after numerous doctor letters explaining how my health is being affected. the apartments are in horrible condition they over charge you for everything.

They back charged me 4 months of back pay because of the "renew of my lease" yet i sign my lease on april and not in january. This management is a joke. The operator literally had the decency to tell me in other words that im obviously never going to be able to get a hold of jennifer because she oversees 14 properties, shes obviously never at the office and makes her own schedule.

I lived in their "casa moreno Apartments" for less than a year. All the time we had to deal with black spiders, snails, big roaches, flies you can't even open your door because these got inside your home. Being charge $20 dls for money orders that you had to buy from them. Paying $40 dls for paying to stop papers going to their lawyer. But you have to live having spiders, snail, roaches, flies, inside your apartment and mold consequence of a leaking bathtub from upstairs neighbors.

Also broken kitchen cabinets, and a sink oxide droppings, a bathtub painted instead of a new one, where you get scratch on your feet because of the paint. A used carpet, doors in bad condition, electric connectors broken. Unknown people trying to get inside your apartment and in the apartment's neighbors too. The laundry unit all dirty And the supervisor from this aparments doesn't even answer and call you back.
