Jimmy Brown said he would help my little family rent a home, they got false information that wasn't even me and denied us over false information given to them by the woodlands apartments where my son used to live we co-signed for him he was 18 at the time long story short I'm homeless now I make great money so does my husband but still homeless cause I ran out of time to keep looking cause I trusted Jimmy Brown for help nope never again stole my money. cause he had no intention of helping us.

Everything went really smooth renting from Jimmy Brown years ago when I lived in Denton. They were really nice in the office, I was a good renter always paid on time, left the place looking great so I never had any problems. Only had a few work orders, and they got fixed up fast. I'm in Dallas nowadays, but if I decide to move back to Denton, I'll look at what he's got available first

Mr Jimmy is an awesome helpful realtor and actually helps his clients with their desires for a home. He listens and will go all out to make you happy within your timeline.

I rented for three years with Jimmy Brown Property Management as a student at UNT. Mr. Brown and friends were always courteous, fair, and professional. Everything is transparent and straightforward, conveyed with a sense of calmness and lucidity. Nothing was a surprise and everything was in writing. Mr. Brown has a respect for the Landlord-Tenant relationship that, in my experience, can be hard to come by in Denton.

Especially considering many young tenants are ignorant of their rights as such. I never felt as though I was just another student to be taken advantage of. Not once did I have to go out of my way to communicate an issue to them. Not once did they inconvenience me with needless visits or check ups. I felt that my home was in the care of someone who cares and has a respect for their tenants.

I was reimbursed for my electricity that was used for renovations to the home. Those doing maintenance and repairs had years of experience with the same properties. On the last day of the lease, Mr. Brown brought me five dollars of credit I had forgotten about. As a student or as a permanent resident, I highly recommend Jimmy Brown Property Management.

I rented with Jimmy Brown Property for 3 years. They were awesome from the beginning to the end. The rent was reasonable. The staff was always so nice and helpful. They were very responsive to maintenance requests. I would suggest JBPM to any one looking to rent.

We rented a house for 3 years from Jimmy Brown Property Management. We never had any issues. Anytime we called for a maintenance issue it was addressed quickly, even on the weekend. They worked with the owner of the home and then worked with us when we had some financial difficulty while staying there. We even got our deposit back when we moved out. We couldn't have asked for a better experience!
