JLE Property MGMT & Maintenance I have used JLE Property Management for 10 years now and have been very happy with their services. It is good to be relieved of the daily duties of owning and maintaining residential rentals. But more than that - I know that I can count on their up-to-date knowledge of new laws and practices, and their honesty and integrity in dealing with me and with my residents.

I enjoy working with them and look forward to a continuing relationship. I am writing on behalf of Morning Star Property Management an LLC engaged in acquiring and renting middle size apartment buildings in both Orange and Los Angeles County.

These people don't pick up the phone ever! I won't be paying my rent until they pick up the phone.

Called the company set up an appointment to view the property. Viewed the property had the application and supporting documents at the viewing. Person showing couldn't accept documents so drove to the Anaheim office and turned in documents. Says 48-72 hours it was 72+ hours before I heard back from anyone and I was the one calling them. Spoke with Destiny who said that processing my application probably wasn't in my best interest.

Credit score not 600 and said income wasn't within range. Income is 1924 weekly. I thought about it and decided I'd still like to be considered called back was told that they would process my application but had other showings. They went with another application. Then got a call on Thursday that the other applicate fell through. I explained that I was leaving for vacation but would really like the apartment.

I have a friend that could bring the security deposit until I'm back in town. Destiny said that she would need to talk you her boss and give me a call Monday. I called Monday no answer. I called today and destiny said they didn't hear from me yesterday so they put it back on the market. I didn't get a call from them yesterday which would have been the appropriate things to do for them to call me. I was very interested in the place but now with how it all turned out blessing in disguise. All of this over a months time frame.

0 star, bad experience, there are many workers but lazy. Owners please don't hire them. They treat tenants very bad, unfriendly and sarcastic.

JLE company stole from me, they have poor listening skills, zero empathy and when calling to file a formal grievance they don't even listen to the complaint blames others without taking any accountability and make statements it was my fault I got my belongings stolen by their staff from a locked storage place I thought was safe. And was told by Caroline "it is what it is".

I felt violated and talked down by all of the JLE property management office. If it weren't for us, the tenants whom pay rent, they would not have a job. Who ever is giving business to this company should rethink the idea. If zero stars was an option I would of given it zero stars without a doubt.

Disappointed, I had to go from Long Beach to their office because they don't help, they have less than one year managing here, this is my second complaint. They fix things two weeks after we called, emergency problems to fix in the unit we have to fix them ourselves. The other manager used to come to fix things in less than one hour. Thanks.

If i could give it 0 stars. So disappointed and dissatisfied with the service. They dont even try to be nice. For 1 year I lived in an apt they manage and They didnt fix some thing we requested when we first moved. We cleaned the apt when we left, never made holes on the walls and they only refunded 1/4 of the deposit we gave. They don't answer the emails and they said they are returning the calls and they never do it.

Really bad customer service. They went almost 2 months to return the 1/4 of the deposit and sent it to the old apt when we provided the new address on the email. I don't recommend this place. They don't fix anything on the apt.

Technically illiterate, disorganized and quite stupid, this outfit is tragicomically bad at what they do. This review relates to their branch in Portland, Oregon. The company would make a great Business School case study on How Not To Do Anything Remotely Well, and would be a shining illustration of the maxim about how while "A Players hire other A Players, B Players hire C Players and C Players hire D Players", and so on until the average intelligence level of the organization hovers between "Moron" and "Protozoa".

Horrible experience with them and I have not even moved in yet. Disorganized and completely unprofessional. Office does not provide help in an appropriate manner nor tone
