These people are completely incompetent! Their agent's cannot even dial the correct number of a foreclosure listing. In particular Jason, I've told that child to stop calling me and that he has the wrong number more than once. If they cannot even dial someone's phone number correctly how are they going to help you find and close a house.

Be careful folks buying a house is a big deal with a lot of legal documents that must be filed correctly and these folks obviously do not have that wherewithal. Imagine, how many times and for how long I've been getting harassed by this company to finally write them a negative yelp review. Jason, I hope you are terminated!

Will not work with unprofessional agent anymore. I have my crystal business for 3 years and want to expense more, so I look for lease a retail store for my business. the agent from this group - Steven Doan - #01378506. He helped us with for my retail store leasing. As an agent or even human being, he should be ASHAMED of himself. Very rude and unprofessional.

He underestimated myself and my business as well. I heard he said on the fone with the landlord "I don't think they can afford this unit." He doesn't have any communication BASE skill.

I had extremely terrible experience with a Certified Commercial Broker named Steven K. Doan. He underestimated us at the first time. We heard him said "I don't think we can handle that unit". When we mentioned we would ask our broker to help us prepare the requirements for the application. He yelled at us and hanged up the phone, he was bullying us.

Then he blocked my phone number, I did not even get a chance to respond his rude, unacceptable and irrelevant attitude. so Rude and unprofessional. Why did he have to behave like that? Or he wanted to do something under table and didnt want another professional broker to let us know. We wanna give this lecture to him: "listen u are graduated computer science major from csu hayward.

And we are graduated from Csu fullerton in business major lol. U say we know nothing. The first thing u need when u go to work as an agent is learning how to respect ur clients even u dont want to. I had such an unpleasure experience with one of the agent from this group - Steven Doan - #01378506. He helped us with commercial leasing. As an agent or even human being, he should be ASHAMED of himself. Very rude and unprofessional. He yelled on the phone and cut off with his client. Decided to cancel out by himself with client just because we want a different listing unit.

I was dealing with him for a few days and felt so anxious. At the age, over 10 years experience to be Commercial Broker Associate ( as the advertising on his profile ) - Can't control his anger and being ridiculous with a client. I would recommend to work with him if you want to feel uncomfortable, abuse and mistreating. Either than that, I don't think so. The only reason why I gave one star is because Yelp doesn't allow to put negative star.

Had the displeasure of speaking with Raymond Wang 626-701-6997 who accosted me over simple questions. I can't believe any company would employee such a crass and offensive individual. I wouldn't recommend anyone do any business with a company who employees such an individual

Fu Wong DRE #02063717 continues to spam unsolicited customers to try and sell their home for cash. This is not the first complaint against him. When asked how He got my info, He laughed. His info is also not correct as I have not lived at the house he wanted to buy for YEARS!

Tim Hu is the property manager for a rental across the alley from me. Instead of asking the tenant to follow the CC&Rs about trash cans in the alley, he says he doesn't want to ask her to follow the community rules. Tim does not respond to phone calls or text messages even though he says he's available to speak anytime.

NEVER EVER DEAL WITH JAMIE KIM from IRVINE OFFICE! So we scheduled our appointment with Jamie Kim, this agent is unresponsive, we called several times and agent never picked up the phone and never called us back, even text communication was very slow and delayed, so this agent scheduled our appointment for 4:30 pm on Sunday, then she asked to change time for 5pm, then she asked if we can come at 4:50 pm, and we said no, because we drove for 2 hours from Palm Springs to Irvine and stacked in traffic on freeway, so 40 minutes before our appointment we texted her that we will be 10 minutes late and she just said she will not wait for us, and 5 is not 5:10, and said make another appointment, so after 2 hours driving with 2 little kids we had to turn back and drive 2 more hours back home, this is so disrespectful and so unprofessional! We are so disappointed, we just wasted our Sunday for nothing!

We are looking for an apartment at Irvine, CA. We came across this house and the agent (Realty One Group West Office) has given us an offer (renting it 3100 instead of 3200) and attracted us to rent this house. We applied for it and when it comes to signing a contract, they charge us for a total of almost 10K before moving in and did not mention to us (before sending us the contract) that we need to pay two months of rent.

So without saying too much, we reject signing the contract and go with another house. Later I heard that it is illegal in California to charge two months rent and also think it is deceiving. I strongly suggest other people DO NOT work with them, like what others has suggested in this post.

Lance McHan showed our house on 7/22. He and his clients chose to not wear masks while in our house even though he signed off stating that they would. He opened the back slider and left it wide open for most of the time that they were here, even though there was a sign on the door stating that there's an inside cat and to please keep the door closed. We don't want COVID and we don't appreciate your blatant disrespect! There was another incident, but I won't post it on here, he knows what he did.

We just bought a house that this realtor had listed. We met every unique demand from their seller. The seller/realtor did not complete their paperwork in time, so this realtor recommends NOT honoring the original COE date despite us expediting our stuff, despite the fact that we lined up contractors to come in the day after escrow was scheduled to close.

So we are out money for trailer and equipment rental. I need to additional time off of work to fix this house. I need to reschedule contractors which just delays everything else in the house. I would avoid using this realtor, if we could back out of the deal today, we would. We put down almost 60% of the purchase price in cash and they do not want to let us in the day COE was supposed to occur when the delay is THEIR FAULT. 072120 24 hours later, still no keys.

I had an appt to go see a house in Carson Ca. Today. The realtors Name is Francisco Lagunas from Realty Group United. I was a little late to my appointment due to work and Traffic. And this man was so rude. He was insulting my agent. I apologized several times. Assuring him that it was my fault that we were late. And he keep insisting that it was my realtors fault he kept on insulting him. He was a rude, arrogant son of a B?%*?! To say the least. I wouldn't even buy a house from this man with that attitude!

An agent of theirs, Song Song, posted that specifically blacks collect welfare, get free rent, etc and that is why they are so ill behaved. If you're going to accuse one race of something many races do, make sure to include other races so you don't appear, I don't know. racist.

I am a first time home buyer and had no idea what to do and expect, but Kristine M from realty one group walked me through every step of the way, was kind, courteous, did and continues to do an amazing job. If you you are looking into buying or selling real estate in arizona, she is the woman you want to work with!

Julie Frimpong is an agent I have had the pleasure of working with for several years regarding rentals. I cannot recommend Julie more highly. She is a caring, efficient, patient, and most importantly, honest real estate agent. I look forward to working with her long into the future.

I sent a request to an agent at Realty One Group/Irvine Office (Lin Kenny). She never replied., so I called her cell phone and told her I was interested in selling my property (million dollar range). She seemed "lost" in my conversation about the current housing market and Chinese buyers. She then told me she was actually in a "meeting" (sounded like a dishwasher in the background) and would "get back to me" (Never asked for my phone number).

I don't know why Realty One Group hires agents like this who have zero customer relation skills. I am taking my business to another company. There are plenty out in my area.

You may want to think twice before using Agent Steve Higgins at Realty One. He scheduled a showing, which was confirmed the night prior and then again morning of. He then pulled a NO SHOW, NO CALL, NO reply to text or phone call. We finally reached HIM hours later with an excuse that buyer cancelled. He rescheduled to next day and AGAIN, NO SHOW, NO CALL. 46 minutes post scheduled time WE call him and he says he is on his way, 10 minutes out. STeve then calls us stating that he is out front of the house and the "buyer has already seen the house with another agent". When asked, he declined to say who the agent was. Highly unlikely. Totally inconsiderate, runaround.

I had misfortune of coming in contact with agent of Realty One group Mr Rahul Puri. Dont go by his sweet talks and sugar coated conversation. Once the deal is done he would go back on every commitment which e had made cause he is only interested in his commission. Had real bad experience and also heard similar stories from others. Please ensure you make everything transparent and written before you deal anything with him.

I'd like to recommend Realtor Young Ok Kim. My friend introduced her to me. I bought my house with her help 8months ago. She always answered my questions kindly. Also, she honestly advised me about the houses I had chosen. I recommended her to my friends and they were satisfied with her. After buying my house, I still contact her to ask how to manage my house. If you choose her, she will do her best to help buy or sell your house.

Very dishonest with sales. We just bought our first home from seller RON PILGRIM and in just a week of moving into our home we learned about everything that wasn't disclosed. We are coming out of pocket for things that were hidden. The house was cosmetically repaired. However, the wood on the brand new patio is bad and cracked, windows and patio doors were not air tight and attic was double insulated to hide the ducts so AC and furnace have to be replaced because we have a non-functioning AC in this Antioch Heat.

We closed on our home beginning of May and although we have only lived here about 2 weeks now we are down more than 60k on what we believed was already fixed, and none of which was disclosed by seller or inspector or appraiser. We have tried contacting rwalty one and they are puttin the blame on the inspector, as if whoever flipped this home had no idea.

Where do I begin recalling the Amazing, Magical, Completely Professional, Timely and Successful finding and closing on our new home my wife and I experienced with Michelle. At the start we explained that we would be leaving later that month for a 2-week vacation out of the country and wondered how this would affect the process. Michelle indicated that she would work with us at every step and felt it would not be a holdup of the process.

We agreed and our offer was immediately accepted over several other offers that were being submitted at that time. What I loved next was the complete electronic and transparent process of getting inspections done, our offer accepted and our loan approved. It was very seamless even while we vacationed on an island in the South Pacific. We returned and within a week we were at the Escrow office completing the closing and the next week we had the keys to our new home. Michelle guided us through this seamless, amazing and magical process of finding and purchasing our new home with knowledge, attentive listening, measured passion and always a genuine smile.

We would highly recommend her and her team to anyone looking to purchase in the southern California area. He passionately explained us every steps and walked us through from the first day we met him at his office till after we got the house key. One of Realty One group's agents, Veronica Lee BRE License# 01165633 did a poor job as a realtor. Stay away from her! She allowed several people to view our home after hours and without appointments. She also left our dog outside our house all day when temperature was well over 90 degrees. The only reason she is getting a star is because YELP won't allow me to give her a negative star.

This 5-star review is for our excellent realtor: Young Kim. We met Young through our attorney's referral. She is very patience and honest to go through the process with us. Dealing with a paranoid client like me was not the easiest one but she helped us tremendously. From the beginning to the end, she provided us the timeline and she followed through. Extremely professional, considerate and helpful. I will definitely work with her in the future and recommend her professional services to anyone I know. Thank you Young!
