You could not get a worse management company. The principal is either useless or AWOL. Jobs are not done. Your building is not managed. Do yourself a favor. Go elsewhere.

We own a coop in a NYC building this firm manages and they are horrible! They do as little "building management" as possible, have poor communication skills, and terrible follow up. The service vendors they use and hire are unreliable and unprofessional. Still can't figure out if they just don't care, are just lazy, or just plain stupid. I would NOT recommend this building management company to any coop board or apartment building owner.
