Roy Johnson has zero respect for people's privacy, especially if you are a renter. The house we live in has been on the market for several months, and although we have no control over the said of the home, there should be more communication. We have gotten texts asking to show the house 2 hours later, or trying to show the house on our only day off. Today, we came home from an appointment this morning to find people in our apartment showing the house!

We were not notified, our downstairs neighbors weren't notified, and when we called Roy to ask what that was all about he denied knowing anything and refused to apologize. Downright disrespectful realtor, do not let thus guy do business with you!

Hard working folks We ended up going with Danielle Tate and what a great choice that was. She is the most non-realtor realtor I've ever met she's sweet caring and understands people I am so happy we chose her she came highly recommended from others and we got a fair price for our house and the transaction was seamless you can't ask for any more than that.

Maintenance is timely and very knowledgeable in all that they do.

Roy, who was supposed to be assisting us, did nothing but lead us on for months, scarcely respond to our emails, and also did not know all the information about the house he was 'supposedly' offering to us. We find out less than a month before we're supposed to sign the lease that in fact there was never any intent for my group to sign it, because it was already going to go to another group.

We are all incredibly disappointed in the terrible service this realtor and company provided, who strung us along for months on false pretenses. We are absolutely disgusted with Roy's lack of knowledge, blatant lack of respect and regard for our housing situation. When he did respond, he offered hardly any information or anything actually useful, but I guess it was because he actually didn't have anything to say. This whole situation is absolutely disgusting.

Great! Roy Johnson sold my house and it was a difficult house to sell due to bad neighbors.

I listed my house with Jones Group, and just as well should have done it myself, or had my cat do it. The listing agent was marginally effective at first, with a package and listing price that seemed reasonable. After signing, he was virtually unreachable, placed zero advertising, and put in little to no effort. Additionally, the listing was placed incorrectly, so that it was not viewable to anyone looking on the major marketing sites, and it showed up erroneously in a different county more than fifty miles away. for four months. This is an agency that doesn't care about the customer, look elsewhere for someone who knows the market and is willing to put in the work.
