The man that I spoke to was very rude, he told me he was not going to explain the process that I was calling about, he needs to be more friendlier or find a different job

I appreciate the support given by Management although very hard to get in touch with. The support staff is more than rude and is not on the same page of information given by Management.

I moved to a 1 bedroom apartment on Dunn street August 2016. After two weeks, I noticed bumps on my body which turned out to be a result of bed bugs. From August to December, 4 MONTHS, I had to wait until my neighbor (the one who was suspected that introduced the bed bugs) cleaned his apartment before they could do the heat treatment. During that time, I had to call to request for spray treatments and was, on multiple occasions, accused that the bed bug problem was my doing by both management and pest control.

In the end, I was left with multiple scars on my body and anxiety from not sleeping well, however, management, per my pleading requests, found a new apartment on Main St. for me to move into come January because the spray treatments did not kill the pests and no other property management would take me with less than a year lease. The building, in general, was not suitable to live in.

Not only did I have bed bugs but I also had to deal with cockroaches and numerous little insects on a day to day basis. Management was only somewhat helpful when I called them relentlessly, most of the time talking to Samuel. The new apartment was beautiful. Samuel did a lot of viewings of my apartment for new potential customers, which is completely fine, unless, of course, I do not get a call ahead of time letting me know of the showings.

On one occasion, I was in my robe, studying, just out of the shower, when Samuel and a potential client came through my door in the morning (NO COMMUNICATION WITH MANAGEMENT) I called management and they apologized of course. Come May, at the end of my lease with the new apartment on Main St, I still did not receive my security deposit the Dunn St location and talked to Nick, who deals with the deposits, and said he wanted to talk to Samuel regarding the whole situation, WHICH SHOULD HAVE HAPPENED WHEN I MOVED OUT 5 MONTHS PRIOR.

I waited 1 week, called Samuel, and found out Nick still did not communicate with Samuel, but, eventually, I finally got 1 out my 2 security deposits. (NO COMMUNICATION WITH MANAGEMENT) I moved out of the new apartment on Main St. in May and followed the leasing terms of professionally cleaning the carpets before I left and forwarded the receipt to Samuel who said, and Katie said, that he would pass it along to Nick for the security deposit.

I waited for 7 weeks and never received the deposit and called Samuel who said Nick should have mailed it to me weeks ago and that he would follow up with him. I received my deposit about 5 days later to find out they charged me for ANOTHER carpet cleaning because Nick never received the email. If you don't already know, professional cleaning is easily $120. (NO COMMUNICATION WITH MANAGEMENT)Not to mention other ridiculous charges to not give me back my full refund.

I have been pleasant the whole time during a miserable, dragged out situation and I felt taken advantage of. Management is unprofessional, uncommunicative, and truthfully, only wants to STEAL your money. **UPDATE: Left voicemails with Katie, Samuel, and Nick about the extra charge with the carpet cleaning and Samuel called me back the next business day saying he will put the check in the mail on that day, 7/3/17, for the carpet cleaning. Talked to Nick on 7/20/17 because I still haven't received the check to find out that they won't give me back my refund due to the professional cleaning not being "up to standards." I got NO call telling me this.

I could have called the cleaning company and had them redo it or at least be aware of the situation. Nick would not help me and said I would have to file a compliant with the owner to get my money back. Literally had to get an attitude and argue with him to get what I deserve. Talked to the owner and he was happy to give me back the money. The management company, aka Meyer Properties, likes to give you a hard time and when you're rude to them they don't understand why. Mmm
