My mom owned 9 rental properties in Santa Monica. When she went into assisted living, I took over. since I had a full-time job and lived in another city, I could not manage the properties on my own. Many of the building were a MESS and I wanted to make the commitment to rent any new vacancy to homeless veterans. JS Tamers was able to get the buildings back into shape and understood my vision. When my mom passed away, JS Tamers were great working with the real estate agent my brother and I hired to sell some of the buildings. and they ALWAYS answer their phones!
