KC Property Services, LLC, offers the ability for homeowners to pay their assessment online via eCheck and Credit Card through Alliance Association Financial Services. Please note there is no fee for eCheck payments, but a processing fee does apply for all credit card Payments. Homeowners can continue to use their personal bank bill pay for association assessment payments.

I highly recommend Kim Mosey and KC Property. She has been highly professional in all of our communications. She is honest and trustworthy. Kim has a calm nature and goes the extra mile to service the community; she is willing to make changes if necessary. The staff is diligent in rectifying problems in these highly unpredictable times. The staff here cares, which in today's world seems to be lacking. In a tight labor market they get the job done meeting the needs of the HOA and residents. They are detail driven and responsive that makes them a 5 star in my book.

I have worked with both Kimberley Mosey and Marcela Castrillon of K.C.Property Management, LLC as our condo management company for a number of years and found both to be very professional, efficient, good listeners, and prompt in responding to my issues of co-owner concern. Not more than a day passed before I would receive an email response or a call bout my questions concerning broken elements, safety lighting concerns, and flooding issues in particular.

I am an absentee owner most of the year so prompt email communication is vitally important to me. Marcela would be especially pleasant and kind in her prompt responses and Kimberley would not hesitate to make a quick onsite inspection if necessary to assess and correct problems within a reasonable time frame. Both of them really helped me out in times of need. I would highly recommend both women.

I agree with all the other negative reviews I am having the same problems with the same people . Horrible communication unprofessional games no calls or email returned confusing emails. Dismissiveness out of the office excuses. No work eithics no accountability, did I say none no consequences, erogance imaturity. Not capable or willing to complete a tasks. Not reading contract but egnoantely arguing with you instead of figuring out the answer. Can't wait until they are gone.

I have nothing but good things to say about Kim Mosey and her company KC! She is professional and even tempered despite having to deal with extraordinary conditions ie the pandemic and finding vendors to fix things YESTERDAY! I don't honestly know how they do what they do for what they charge per month?

I'd like to thank Kimberly Mosey with KC Properties. I recently had an odd request that required a lot of back and forth communication and completing paperwork in a timely fashion. Kimberly worked through it with me in a timely and professional manner. I was so impressed and grateful to have such a good management company to work with.

I have had two sets of interactions with Kim and her team. As someone else already stated, Kim often feels indifferent to issues, even when her staff are getting it wrong. I had left messages for her several times and only once did I received a call back and only when someone from my association's board contacted her about the issue. Most recently, I sold my home in New Center and moved to Downtown Detroit.

My final water bill was paid and everything went smoothly from an HOA perspective. About a month later (July 2021), I noticed that there was a credit on my old water account, which was triggerng a snail mail bill every month. It took several months and much sleuthing to determine that KC Property Service had sent a payment for one of their HOA's water bills to the wrong account, my account.

I had to make several attempts to convince them that they had made a mistake. I would have thought they would have quickly identified that a payment they made was not reflected on the account, but no. When I tried to point out their error, I kept getting the response: "We don't pay your water bill". "Well, duh. I pay my water bill, but you do pay a water bill and it was misapplied to my account." It took awhile, but finally, (and after a fair amount of explaining), they understood the issue.

Three months later and several phone calls & emails since, they finally took care of the problem. After many frustrating months, I am no longer receiving email messages and snail mail. To be fair, I 'm sure a good amount of the problem was working with DWSD. Which brings me to my last point: My issue isn't so much that the misapplication of funds occurred, but rather that I had to convince everyone I spoke to or emailed at KC Properties (except for Heather, who was very helpful when I could get to her though the gatekeepers) to work with me on this issue.

In the end, Kim has never called me back, as I came to expect. I suspect that if there had been better communication, this issue would have been resolved in a more expeditious manner. It is a shame, because I think Kim and her organization are probably good at property management, they are just not as good at communication.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value Awful company. Let's file complaints with BBB, as well as with attorney general. They deserve 0 star. How the heck are they still in business?

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value I have lived through every horrific experience mentioned on all the negative reviews regarding KC Property / Kim. People, please file a complaint with the BBB about this company. They need to be investigated for unethical business practices as demonstrated in the reviews.

I couldn't have had a worse experience with Kim and KC Property / AG Management. I was charged for several services that were never actually completed and once Kim was made aware of the situation she was indifferent and said that she was aware of the situation and stuck to her guns that I wasn't charged for any work that wasn't completed while also saying in the next sentence that she would only be refunding me for some of the work they didn't do not all of it.

She made no attempt to correct the situation and apparently did not even read the email chain she was looped into where her co-worker had already admitted that her company had charged me for several things that they never actually did. It took me flying across the country and visiting my property onsite to realize how incompetent and deceitful this group actually was. Avoid KC Property/AG Management at all costs!
