My name is Kathy Boyle, a Denver native. I am an owner, broker at Katchen Company, a boutique residential and commercial real estate company that has been locally owned and operated in Denver since 1962. Our business is a love affair between this amazing city, our family, and our clients. My father Bruce Katchen started the company with a passion for architecture and commercial development when Denver was a younger city, on the brink of expanding into countless new directions.He set his sights on the development of office buildings, apartments, shopping centers, and event venues that have become a part of the present Denver landscape.

The Katchen Company was very helpful and professional in helping us purchase a new house. They were very knowledgeable about different areas in Denver. They made sure to understand what our needs were. In the fast passed Denver market I was thankful that I had used them to make our purchase. They were attentive throughout the buying process. I would highly recommend them.

This company is a joke. If you find yourself looking at their apartments or whatever they try to offer, get out. They don't keep up with safety, they don't pay our management to fix anything, they never respond to anything you ask or say. But are sure to penalize for whatever they can. Sorry excuse for a company
