We were being relocated for our jobs. We didn't want to sell our home here, so we decided to rent it out when we move. Contacted Rental Homes USA on their website, received a call back the same day a few hours later. Chuck came by and looked at our home, got us prepared for people to view our home, and took photos. From there on it was off to the races. Chuck and his team had it on the market the same day they took the photos and have it rented in 48 hours for us. They are responsive, professional, fair, and quick on the job. You will have no worries with Chuck and his team they got you covered.

Renters Beware - I know that the market is pretty tough, but I would urge you to avoid anything managed by Chuck Warren and Rental Homes USA. I lived in one of their properties for almost two years when I was asked to move out early because the owner wanted to sell. After I moved out, I was charged $200 for a cleaning fee, $100 for a "coordination fee, " and $75 for a check processing fee.

I don't even know what the coordination fee means. My aunt, uncle, and I spent over three hours cleaning the condo that was absolutely filthy when I had moved in two years prior. When I was told that I would be charged $150 for cleaning because there was a spot in the shower and crumbs in one drawer, I immediately reached out to Chuck Warren. I've sent multiple emails and text messages with no response.

When I received the check in the mail, there was an invoice for "Warren-Ty Services." A quick Google search revealed that the company is owned by Chuck Warren. However, a neighbor spotted a different cleaning company there. Clearly, the invoice was fabricated! I was also charged $25 to replace mini blinds, which I fully admit my toddler damaged. However, when I drove by on Sunday, they were still broken.

Why was I charged for something that wasn't even fixed? $200 may not seem like a lot of money to some people, but it's a lot to this single momma. And, I believe Chuck Warren is running a scam by fabricating these invoices. I don't want to see anyone else lose out on money from this scammer!

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value Stay away from this company. Agent that's showing the property is super nice but the manager is horrible. Very rude people, no wonder why they have such bad review, it all make sense now.

I rented from Chuck and he was hard to get on the phone. I reported a leak in the ceiling through the app that was used to pay rent and report problems. He called and stated maybe it was condensation from the AC. Communication is horrible. Was called about not renewing lease 5-6 months after it expired. As a home owner I would want my house taken care of in a better manner.

This rental agency is hideous! They don't fix anything. Ryan is BEYOND rude. Chuck was great to work with and asked if we could turn the home over sooner. We made the adjustments to do so to get the new tenant in. We did. A week later. After the home was turned back over, I was contacted saying the home was dirty, that the tenant had not moved in, that we would continue to pay rent until the new tenant moved in. PLUS. charge us to professionally clean this property. Who knows if we will even get our deposit back. On top of that. I have to keep ALL utilities on until 5 days after the new ten moved in.

Rental Homes USA is an amazing military friendly company! After another property management company neglected to show up for the showings we scheduled, we decided to call Rental Homes USA and they answered the phone on the first ring. The communication from this company is stellar! We are always kept up to date about what's going on. I've referred all of my friends to Rental Homes USA!

I am very pleased with their service. Chuck, Ryan, Kent - they all work very hard to maintain the building's cleanliness. I have never received any complaints from any of my tenants ever! They work hard work to keep my tenants happy. I highly recommend Rental Homes USA!

If I could give this company a zero I would. If you care anything about your family, and especially if you're military. DO NOT RENT from these corrupt, shady, unprofessional whatever they call themselves. We were a military family, and did not have the time to research this company prior to signing the lease. Do your research, take these negative reviews serious. Chuck Warren along with the entire staff are money hungry and don't have you or your family as a priority.

As a current tenant of Rental Homes USA, I could not be happier with their service, professionalism, and prompt response to any issues that arise. To validate my claim I will share a recent story. On a Saturday evening we had our toilet stopped up and could not get the water to subside, so Ryan came out on Sunday morning to fix the problem; the day after that our dryer stopped working and he had it replaced within 1 business day.

I was truly blown away by their commitment to us and our oceanfront townhouse. Truly some of the best in the business. Thank you Chuck, Ryan, and Christina for being so great!

Oddly. 4 years after writing a review this company gets back to my review. Pretty poor timing on their part. Basically claiming that I didn't understand their policies which is wrong. I CLEARLY understood their policies, and believed them to be asking me to do something which I did not feel comfortable doing nor did my lawyers advise me to do. If you are in the military, PLEASE do your self a favor and do not rent from this company.

This rental agency goes above and beyond to ensure their tenants are comfortable. They respond very fast and are super friendly. Additionally, they are very accommodating and work very fast at your convenience and to any requests that you have. This agency is filled with great people and is a very safe and secure agency to be with. Thank you, Chuck and staff.

Rented a home from Rental Homes USA for 2 years. They were nothing but good landlords for me as any issues I had were taken care of immediately. Also, upon my vacating of the property, my entire security deposit was returned. As long as you follow the check list they supply you, then you are good to go and you will receive you security deposit back no questions asked. I would rent from them again if not for purchasing a house.

Do NOT use them as your property manager! I used them for 3 years while I was stationed in D.C. They allowed my tenants to renew their lease for 3 years without doing any inspections and when the tenants moved out, of course left my house in shambles. They don't act like they work for you. Also they are super lazy. They also tried to talk me into paying for things the tenants messed up. for example the carpet in my living room was badly damaged and they tried to convince me that the carpet was so old it needed to be replaced.

I just had the carpet replaced 3 years ago. Chuck did that with a few things after the tenants left. Save yourself the headache. You'd probably get more work from a crackhead. I only gave them 1 star because it's required to write a review. Now I know what to expect with my next property manager.
